Im naturally weird so Halloween and all things creepy intrigue me. So Im solely judging this based on service and selection. Both were impeccable considering it was the day before Halloween. Still had a great selection, fast lines friendly service. Will visit again.

First time ever went. Bought a $50 costume and my daughter decided she didn’t want to ware it. Never used only had it less then 24 hours still in package and had receipt and they would not return it. If you have policy of no returns the customer should be told this advance! Will never go back, you can return a item anywhere when you have a receipt but not here after a certain date!

Great experience! Very helpful and knowledgeable crew. The manager, Wendy, was very helpful. She was a life saver helping my kids find their costumes. She saved us for sure. Great team! Will definitely be back!

I always enjoy Spirit Halloween, they always have the things I need for Halloween. From makeup to house decor. I love them

Went there last. Night. To get. Costumes and didnt. Fit. So took them today. Manager was rude. Says well you cant. Refund you for this. Return policy ended yesterday like really. WTH 😭 so know. Im out. 75$. Are you kidding me you get no stars

Went here on 9/4 came all the way from St. Charles county (nearly an hour) so we could check out the former Schnucks store Spirit took over. We took some pictures and videos, but near the end we were harassed by an employee that was forcing us to delete any footage we had, that’s against the law, so we didn’t do it. We left without saying anything. I am appalled, utterly disgusted at the way we were treated. It doesn’t state anywhere that we are not allowed to take photos/videos. If it did say that, we wouldn’t have done it. If someone’s going to go through this just be professional about it, there’s no need to be a Karen over nothing, it makes the company look bad. Either way, never buying from Spirit ever again.

Nice staff and reasonably priced items raging from costumes to decor

My husband and I went to see what all they had. My husband got a dragon staff along with a few other thing that cost almost 90 dollars. Needless to say we had to search though the staffs to find one that wasnt broken. By the time we got to our car we realized the staff we had purchased was also broken. So my husband and I went back in to see if we can get a refund or an exchange for a diffent one for the same price. The manager on duty (older blad man). Also the manager was not on the main floor most of the time we were there. He was very rude and blamed my husband for the staff being broke. We both pointed out that all of the staffs were broken in simular ways. He told us well its my husbands fault and there nothing he can do and it not his problem.The other employees there were amazing though. As for the manager his customer service skills are horrible. An his additude toward us ruined the whole spirit experience for us.Would of given no stars but wanted to save the hassle for others.

Seems they had to go above and beyond by starting their masking policy one day before the required day.

Lots of cool stuff to choose from, really enjoyed my visit - my only suggestion, turn off the sound activated animatronic, at least while the radio is on; hearing her say the same phrase over and over for two hours got really annoying. Otherwise, loved it! I always look forward to my yearly visit 😊

Spirit Hallowern was amazing. We love going every year and the customer service was very good. Everyone for the most part seems to like working there.

They didnt have many socks this year that actually fit around a normal humans calf. I bought a set of earrings and they fell apart that day when I was wearing them for work. I like to go there November 1st and get all the best deals. Its a tradition for me now.

Staff was good. They do the best they can knowing they have s job for 6 weeks. Some of the costumes are kind of expensive for what you get but thats all part of halloween and temporary costume establishments.

Clean. Well lit. Good selection. Organized.
