Needed to procure 48 pendant lights for a restaurant with a short lead time - Robert and staff were extremely patient and helpful as I looked at various options. The large order required Robert to have to call vendors to confirm stock availability and pricing, which he did without any issue.I have experienced so many situations where I was turned away and told I would get a call back - Granite City were welcoming and sympathetic to my situation.And the lighting is GORGEOUS!!! I love the showroom too

Polite kind helpful

I went in and inquired as to why my LED lights made noise and asked what would help lessen the buzz and was told by the lighting associates we are not electricians.True, the lighting sales people do not do any of the wiring. BUT they should know about the products they sell. And be able to help come to a solution. Otherwise they are order takers. I can go online for that!When I went back to return the product they suggested, I was told the $100 dimmer was not returnable because it was used. Yet, the person still gets to keep the sales credit for a product that they suggest would lessen the loud buzz.The simple solution to my buzzing lights were higher quality bulbs. About $5-$10 (candelabra and sconces) per bulb depending on the base size.

Extremely slow to have recognised that I was lost as far as lighting. So after trying to explain what I was looking for, to my surprise, no help was given. If you need guidance, this us not the place for you.
