Easy to make appointments and theyre always ready to move me in and on my way with a smile and without delay.

I have had phonak for 5 years and NOT once did I have problem. The hearing aids I have from hearusa are nothing but problems. I dont recommend them to anyone

I have a brand new life thanks to Dr. Miranda Flanagan! Im beyond thrilled with my hearing aids....no one can see them (vanity! LoL!) and the sounds I can now hear brought me to tears when Dr Miranda put them on...I am now hearing everyone at work, in restaurants, on the phone...and crickets!! Very highly recommend not only Dr Miranda and her hearing aids but also her front desk assistants - Mary and Stacey. So very kind and patient both over the phone and in the office! 5 stars isnt enough, truly.
