A+ across the board. From service, sales, operations to installation. The quick response from all areas is exceptional and always top notch professional. We had a full boiler and water heater rip out / installation yesterday and the team was amazing. Greg was a rock star, friendly and polite, very knowledgeable, and made sure I was happy and up to speed on the new system before leaving. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Day, night or weekends... they respond quickly and efficiently. From the service technicians to the owner Ken, always respectful and ready to please. I rate them A+ in my book.
I will share the good and the bad with Scott Williams.Good: good technicians, easy to make payments on the website.Bad: rude customer service, from the front-desk staff to the owner Ken himself. Most recently, when we faced an issue, it took 6 calls and 2 voicemails to Ken himself to get it resolved.After leaving Scott Williams, we have found Scott Williams to be the highest. Both their oil prices and service agreement are higher than everyone else.
My central air suddenly stopped working and it is 86 degrees out! A technician came out within two hours of my call, removed the mouse nest that built up inside the unit, and got our ac back up and running! And was extremely nice!
So I honestly went with this company for no other reason than the previous owners of the house used them as well. But I could not be more impressed with their products and service. I had a elbow in a copper line start to leak and when they came to clean the furnace in the fall the leak was taken care of with no issue( and no bill!!!) their service plan is wonderful and a must have for any homeowner! I hope this review finds you well, and again get the service plan. You never know what will happen

We have had Scott Williams for over 15 years and are so happy to be with them! Being a local, family business allows them to care about you, their customer on a personal level. The owner, Ken, is very responsive, well informed and shares that knowledge in their customer news letter . Their service contract is excellent, brings peace of mind and can result in a great savings when your systems are not working properly. The service staff have been superb over the years! Some folks may say their cost of oil is a bit higher but its well worth the long term relationship with them when they take such great personal care of their customers. Give them a try, I think you will be glad you did!
Ive been with Scott Williams for almost seven years and have never had a problem with them. The oil delivery has been seamless, and they do a good job cleaning and maintaining it every year. I feel their prices are competitive. Customer service has always been easy.
They locked you in a contract and automatically deliver oil without any disclosure! I asked them to cancel the contract and they ignored our request. The lady is the rudest person I have ever spoken to.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE company, very poorly owned and managed by someone who lacks all core values in business. The owner would rather argue and tell you your wrong instead of helping you find a solution to a mistake made on their end. Not to mention, they have poor record keeping of conversations with their clients. After calling to get off of Auto-pay and Auto Receiving they still showed up and charged me $600, again without my consent for the second time. I could never imagine running a business on these terms, the reason why so many of us run successful businesses is because we pride ourselves on treating those who invest large sums of money with respect and CLEARLY this is not something Scott Williams understands! Do your research you will find an oil company who values your business.
Been a customer for 14 years. I rarely have a problem but when I do, a short call to them and the problem is solved on the spot. A human being always answers the phone on the second ring and theres never been a hassle. Feels like Im their only customer.
Was a loyal customer for ten years in the end when I had my head over a barrel overcharged me and sent me to small claims court not a way to run a business

I would say my experience with this company is worse than poor. I moved into a Apt in braintree that had oil heat and they only would use Scott Williams. At first i didnt care and they sounded like a really good company but after a while, when i was asking them to just check what was in the tank and let me know so i know if i should fill it or not, they started getting shady. They did end up going to check if it needed oil but they filled it at the same time without my consent. They never called and asked or anything and we had never spoke about what to do if it didnt have any so i gave no ok ahead of the time either. I left the apartment with a quater tank as well and they wont take it off of the amount owed so i have yet to pay it and now they are taking me to court.
I woke up Christmas morning to no heat. I called up and in 1 hour had a technician at my home. It doesnt get any better than that!!Thank you
