These people are literally crooks. One of my pumps went out in the first 8 months that I was using it, sent it in for a warranty repair which it took them about a month to even organize and now they want to charge me almost $3,000 for the repairs. Their word and their warrantys mean nothing.Please note: I have bought 4 qty $10,000+ vacuum pumps from these guys over the last year alone and I have only had one warranty service..plenty for me to never want to come back.
