I meet the Smith family through flat-track racing in 2010. Andrew and Phil both raced professional flat-track back in their day. Andrew was one of my idols as I got better established racing. I recently picked up a 2022 Honda Crf 450r. It was so easy working with Andrew and he helped me through the whole process of purchasing this dirt bike. This was my first purchase on my own and it was hassle free with Andrew. I highly recommend to purchase anything from Smith Brothers Powersports as they are great salesman and they have a previous racing history. I’ll be a returning costumer for all my motorcycle needs

I was stranded with a flat rear tire on my motorcycle traveling from Missouri back to Michigan.This was a Sunday and the Dealership was Closed!The owner of the dealership’s parents pulled up next to me in the parking lot.They called their son Brain and gave him my phone number.He called me back after he made arrangements to get a tire and get his son to install it.He opened up the service department and (The Owner) started working on my motorcycle until his son got there to swap out the tire.They got some information from me,they drove the motorcycle to make sure everything was fine.The next day the dealership’s owner called me the next day to make sure I was okay.This dealership goes “The Extra Mile” And Beyond !!!I More than Highly recommend this dealership !!!!

Definitely agree with the one the said they make you feel like family more than just a customer. I had to come back on here to change my rating because after I left the past one and I rode my bike again a few days later, I realized I had made a mistake and thats why I was hearing a whistling from the back brake. I wont go into detail, but I want to say that I am really sorry for the original 4 star and complaint. I spoke too soon. I also appreciate the kind call I received from Smith Brothers. The guy wanted to make whatever was wrong, right. At that time I had already realized there was nothing wrong and that everything was done as neesed. I told the guy this and that I plan to change my rating and comment. I had gotten dirt and water on the back brake which caused a house which led me to believe the breaks werent repaired. It took me a few days after my original rating to figure out that it was my fault. Sorry I took so long to change this. Thank you for the great service and the offer to fix what I thought was wrong. Thanks for understanding and not getting upset at all about this whole thing. You guys are great.

Bought my pioneer 1000 from these guys. Awesome to work with. Had an issue with transmission, they fixed it, no problem. Also had safety update which they took care of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for SXS or motorcycles

Went there today too see about trading four wheelers. Was immediately met buy one of their sales representatives and in less than an hour I was leaving with a new Rubicon 4-wheeler. Saved approximately $2,000 from a competitors bid. Ive always had good luck dealing with the Smith family and would highly recommend them.

While traveling on my 1994 Goldwing, I encountered cooling issue. Philip at Smith Bros was incredibly helpful and timely. Squeezed bike in and determined cause which required parts, I chose to push on and resolve back home in Houston. Philip sent me off with a qt of coolant, as well as resolution of another issue... and refused any payment ! His courtesy, kindness and concern is above and beyond!! The most professional, respectful service Ive encountered im 45+ yrs of biking!!!

My first visit to Smith Brothers powersports was this past Saturday to service my 2015 Ultra limited. The guys did an awesome job and completed the service at a much more reasonable price than the Harley dealerships. I was highly impressed with the customer service and the speed with which they worked. As far as Im concerned they will continue to get my business, thanks guys!

I purchased a $200 helmet and within one day of having the helmet, pieces started to fall off of it and i hadnt even used it. i ask for my money back and they said they couldnt do that but they instead gave me another helmet with the same features different brand. Within a week of having that helmet, it too has pieces that are beginning to fall off of it and they still refuse to give my money back. They do not sell quality equipment and the equipment is definitely not worth the money. Shop online before shopping there and But if you do shop there well dont. Yes i did have my receipt for both items as well as tags and they still refused to give my money back.

This is James again, this is my review continued....it wouldnt let me write my book.....LOL....ANYWAY HERE GOES.....was upset about that because I knew it was almost 9000 miles when they got it. I told my wife that now I have to prove that I havent ridden my bike over 1000 miles since the brake change. I dont know the policy in how long the warranty is on a brake pad change, but to ride only highway...barely ever having to break....and only about 10 maximum rides, I wouldnt think my break pad would wear down. I havent called or taken it in yet, but like I told my wife, Im sure Im screwed because the guy write 8000 exactly for the mileage when it was about 8700 to 8900.

Yeah i called up there wanting to buy a used sportster when i got there, i called and they said they had several used ones to choose from, several was 2. And the guy that helped me acted like he was drunk and once he knew i was looking for a used sportster not a high priced bike he abanded me. Dont waste your time go to docs in alton or halls.

Dealer was unwilling to work with us over returning a part. Will not be doing business with this company again.
