I needed the bumper replaced on my truck after a minor, mystery dent appeared. Not only did they get the replacement bumper in, the same day, but they got the new bumper installed and my truck back to me the same day as well. Interior and exterior both looked better than when I dropped it off, AND I got a bag of Chocolate Chip cookies as a gift! Top notch service for a fair price by a family owned business!

I was in my first accident about 3 weeks ago and wasn’t sure one where to take my car for body work. I was reccomended by the towing company to have my car sent to Tilsner. I can’t explain how happy I was that I took my car there. They kept me informed every step of the way, when the adjuster from the insurance company came, when the parts came in, and finally when I could pick up my car. It took about a week and a half to complete; which included Christmas. I was completely blown away on how quick it took. The work was impeccable and my car looks better than it did before I even bought it! I will highly recommend Tilsner to any one that needs body work done for any reason!

I was recommended to Tilsner by Jake at Don & Dales who is also my great go to mechanic. As a female, it is very hard to find trustworthy businesses to maintain your car. I am glad I took a chance. This ordeal for me was very emotional considering the fact my car is only a month old. The same thing happened to me the 1st time buying a new car years ago. A drunk hit me from behind and tried to do a hit and run and I chased him to his house so it felt very personal to me since I was being VERY careful and paranoid. But I was hit by some lady who was backing out of her driveway while I was at a stop light. It was a very freak accident and it shouldnt of happened. After I balled like a baby and the stupid cop made fun of me asking me how old I was. I made a few calls around the next day and decided to go with Tilsner. Whitney actually followed up with me while I reported the claim to the other at fault party. She gave me a lot of advice and was very sweet and very kind. She made the process so smooth from start to finish. I cannot remember the guys name who attended me. But he was super nice and even gave me some cookies. The car looks as if nothing ever happened. It had some white residue that I later came back to get detailed off, but he stated that it would come out in time with regular car washes, etc. I know that if it doesnt or if I have any other questions or concerns. They will gladly answer them and take care of my car. They were very professional and very kind to me in this process that was a bit traumatizing to me. Thanks Again!

I had the hood and front bumper on my Mustang painted to match the rest of the car.-When I picked up the car the final price was exactly as quoted.-Friendly staff.-Top-notch work matching a hard to duplicate, faded paint color.-Great attention to detail. I.E. plastic covers on everything to protect the interior when the car was being moved, phone calls with updates, detailed exterior upon pick up e.t.c.I will definitely be bringing any future vehicles here for body or paint work!
