Quick to respond they were their next day. Had a big chunk missing in fiberglass tub cant even tell where it was now. Extremely impressed. Would highly recommend

Dave did a fantastic job, and was personable, professional, and this huge crack in my shower enclosure is just gone. No evidence that the crack ever existed. He also cleaned up after himself, Could not even tell he had been there. I could not be happier. I will show before and after pictures. Dave is a true craftsman.

Our home builder referred us to them because an air gap in the bathtub broke through. It is a brand new build and we know sometimes there are manufacturer defects. They came out almost 3 weeks after we contacted them. Nothing was fixed! Instead we were told they would get back to us once they heard back from the manufacturer. Well, they never got back to us. I had to get ahold of them and ask when they were coming to actually fix the issue. They also left a tool at our house. So we are now over a month in, without a bathtub for our kids. They contacted us today and said they scheduled us for the work in a month. I am thinking that because they won’t make big money on this they just don’t care. I bet if we were doing a remodel or something they would have cared more. We will see if they ever actually come repair this or if we have to go with a different company. Hope we aren’t stuck since it is through the builder.

These guys do awesome work our repair guy Jacob really knew what he was doing u can’t even tell we had a crack in our tub!! Highly recommend Beautiful Finishes!! I don’t understand the other bad reviewers because these guys are great every contractor in the area recommends them because all the contractors use them as well I guess u can’t please everyone!! They returned our calls and got the job done quickly which we needed because we were selling our condo. Also, they saved us several thousand dollars that it would have cost to replace the whole tub!!!!!!

I was referred to Dave from another contractor who didnt specialize in plastic and fiberglass repair. Initially when talking with Dave, I was optimistic. Unfortunately, he never made a visit to estimate the work. We ended up playing phone tag for three weeks and he kept saying he would would stop by to look at it closer. That never happened and it was a huge waste of time with all the back and forth and holding out for him to visit. Usually when you get a referral within the industry, it is a good representation of the respect you have earned. This wasnt the case.

Extremely difficult getting Dave to come out for an estimate. When I finally got the estimate he said he would call with a repair date. That was a month ago and nothing yet.
