Have spoken or stopped at the store several times, never seeing the same salesperson twice. The mattress I have is not the same plush as in the showroom. Way too hard!! MUCH softer at the store. Filling not evenly distributed across the bed. They cant pick it up for refilling for another month. Am 75, and wake up with trouble walking every AM and a lousy nights sleep. Went to Verlo on a recommendation; sorry I did!

Our first Verlo mattress has lasted over 20 years and it is still the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept on. When we need another it will be a VERLO

Jamal C. completely sold us on purchasing our mattress and the adjustable base. Before he had us even try a mattress, he asked us several questions about how we sleep, he gave us an explanation about the various mattresses Verlo has. Jamal had us lay on the middle of their line mattresses first, he also introduced the adjustable base. We tried 3 different mattresses and kept going back to our first mattress. Jamal wanted us to wait till we made our decision for a base, he had us try the single adjustable base then try the individual bases. The services Verlo provides for their mattresses is also another reason we chose our mattress, it is manufactured locally, they make adjustments to the mattress after you purchase the mattress if you need it. We also like the fact that this is a long term mattress, so when the mattress begins to show signs of wear, Verlo will re-adjust the mattress for a small fee, Id rather have them adjust that having to go find a new mattress.The delivery service was excellent, the two delivery service men were completely professional, they set up the bed, explained about the adjustable base and removed boxes and debris.The biggest reason we made our decision was the time Jamal C. took with us. He was more than thorough explaining everything about Verlo and all of their products. Verlo should be proud to have Jamal as a member of their sales team, he is truly an asset to the company.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service we got here. The sales person was friendly and had a good sense of humor. We didn’t feel pressured about anything. He helped us figure out which mattress would be best for our different sleeping styles. We got a much more comfortable mattress than the one we originally thought we wanted.The mattress arrived less than a week after we ordered it. The delivery people were on time and careful about getting the mattress upstairs.We’d definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

We got a bed last year 2019 in October or november cant remember exactly. Sales was great but the bed hasn’t been only been a couple months and since we have moved to Texas so we. Can’t get it readjusted but we don’t like all the fancy layers on our V3 bed it makes it very hard to remove the cover and try and piece it back to together we also bought the extra cover and they said this 80 cover protected from mold and other things. Within a month and half mold went through the cover so basically it is useless even though we washed it. Sadly now we are stuck with a 1000 something bed and we don’t even sleep that good at night we wake up with back pain. 2 stars cause sales was great just wish the bed was comfier.

I couldnt be more pleased with my new bed from Verlo. I had rather forgotten about them since the store moved out of Kenosha. Then my daughter mentioned how much she loved her Verlo bed, which was purchased over 10 years ago.I made a point of going to Racine and testing the display beds. Now, Ive been to many places in recent days and found the pricing was substantially better at Verlo and the warranty was impressive also.My sales rep, Tate was very easy to work with. He know his product well. Two days later my new mattress was delivered and set up by two very nice fellows. All the other places were telling me delivery would be 7-14 business days.My back is much happier. The customer service from this local company was excellent.

I really liked the salesperson Tate, very knowledgeable and he wasnt pushy at all. Im trying to get my teenage kids new mattresses and trying to stay within a budget, but of course my kids want the expensive ones, so I told him I really have to shop around. Again he was very nice, Im sure we will be back.

Its time for new mattresses Verlo is the most outstanding place I have ever bought from and it’s made here and excellant quality and when they say guaranteed they meant it!! I miss my king size bed 3 kids 2 dogs 🐶 took a lot and it’s time to downsize can’t wait 😊 I highly recommend Verlo my aunt loves hers too!! See you in a few days!!

Tate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned more that I ever wanted to know about mattresses, just kidding. I am very pleased with my purchase and they can deliver in two days and thats unheard of.

Very bad. My pregnant wife and i go to purchase a new mattress and leave after spending 1600 bucks. Delivery men ended up knocking over and causing the door to tear off and resulting in a not working grandfather clock that means a lot to my wife and the mattress had ripples in the foam. Frustrated as we should be, spend a lot of time talking to people regarding our issues. we got escalated to a manager that was very arrogant and told us that his delivery guys are not responsible for this and the will not pay to repair our clock.we ask for a full refund and we will go elsewhere. they then offer 100 bucks to help fix the clock. Now that does not even cover 1/3 of my wages i lost taking off of work to wait for these people to come pick it up for a repair then drop it off same day. we got a refund and went somewhere else and filled a complaint with the better business bureau. .
