Last week I bought a 25 hp Mercury for Jim Meyer. Incredible service, professionalism, and the nicest 2 time national champion in boat racing Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped me with everything including mounting the outboard for optimal performance. So grateful for their ability to fulfill a tight deadline so I was able to have a great weekend on my boat camping with family and friends.

I bought a boat from here sight-unseen from Florida since it was such an amazing deal, and the entire crew were amazing to work with. Steve especially was very patient and helpful with organizing everything and providing what I needed when asked. Such nice people to work with! And here I am now, back in Florida after an 18 hour drive back picking up my new boat, and thinking to myself that his entire process could not have possibly gone any smoother than it did. This is my first Google review ever... I have been totally happy with the customer service and their willingness to correct any unforeseen issues after the fact. They definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected. I was real quick to complain about the repairs not being what I expected however they were very helpful with explaining the reality of situation and even educated me a lot about my boat! VERY knowledgeable crew. I wish boating was that simple but when you get defeated give these guys a call!!

We store there every winter even though we keep our boat in Illinois during the summer, because there is no better value and their maintenance and repair work is top notch. Visit them.

Purchased a new Key West order out. Boat came in as ordered and after a little cleaning looked great. Fair pricing and good sales experience.Brought boat back in for 4 minor warranty items on 6/6 . I had spoken with the service department a month prior to make sure the necessary parts were ordered prior to drop off and literally should take at most 4 hours labor for all 4 items . After several weeks and weekly phone calls to dealer who says that they are working on it and still no boat!!!I get a call 5 weeks after the boat was dropped off stating key west will not warranty my boat even though it’s 6 months old. Dealership tells me I need to call Key West maybe that will help. I immediately call Key West who were great and they inform me they requested pictures of the warranty items weeks ago and still had not received them and that the boat was in fact still under warranty . Quick call to marina service, and more excuses and the pics get sent. I call Key West the next morning to verify, and the parts were being packaged and shipped.Boat completed and picked up 7/24. That’s 7 weeks of patience and BS and no boat due to poor service organization and customer service.

Jim is the worst customer service person ever. He will tell you endless boring stories about his racing, but does not listen to what you really want. He is a bold face liar. Will tell you he ordered boat and trailer per your specs but it comes in completely wrong and does nothing to fix it. I had to get help from Key West and EZ Loader trailer to correct his mistakes, both were great to deal with. Jim tried to talk me out of both brands so not sure why they still deal with this place. He forgot to order my trailer so my boat sat in their yard for over a month waiting for a trailer. In June I got tired of lies so had to borrow a trailer to get my boat (that I ordered in March). I had to pay another marina to change out the jack plate because it was delivered with the wrong size. Jim told me to just drive it even though it handled so badly it was dangerous. When trailer finally showed up, he tried hiding the damage they did to it. I could go on and on. Avoid this place at all costs. Incompetent beyond belief.

Purchased a Key West Boat through there internet site in February. Jim and Brad did a great job of working out the deal and delivery of the boat. The boat is great.

Bought my Hunter 426 DS new from them. They have serviced the boat as if were their own boat. They are exemplary in everyway. I wouldnt want to do business with any other facility and I have had experience with other marine dealers and service companies. They cant compare to Racine Riverside. Would highly recommend

I had winterization service performed on my boat and I stored indoor heated with them. Went to check on my boat once it was inside, first I noticed my boat was stored touching another boat I was able to move it so it wasnt touching anymore. Then I saw they had stored it with the bow down, go inside my boat oily water was in my ski locker ruining the carpet and mildewing everything else do to the fact that it was covered with plastic. Im assuming the water was from the service they performed. All in all the experience seemed to be ok until I checked on my boat. for the price I felt things could have been handled a lot more professional. The service department was a huge disappointment to me.

Told them I needed a part for my 2014 alpha on drive. The gave me a part for one from the 90s. You go to them because they should be the pro, not you learning to be on by having to do your own research to find the right part#
