I went there only because my work offers a discount through there. After waiting over 2 months for my safty glasses to come in, they was the incorrect lens. They sent them back to be corrected. Over 2 months later I called and asked about them, they say they sent them back because of a problem with the safety insert. About 2 months later, they finally arrived. Over 6 months. After wearing them for about 2 months, I had to super glue both sides of the insert.I will never order from them again. Id rather pay full price somewhere else for a better quality pair of glasses.

Wonderful customer service, everyone there is so nice and sweet. They all know what they are doing you won’t be disappointed if you come here to pick out glasses or even with an eye exam . All the doctors here go above and beyond

I have been going to the Vision Clinic for nearly ten years. It has been a wonderful experience. They have an experienced team of Ophthalmologists. I started with Dr. Miller and now see Dr. Schmidt. The environment has been very safe during the pandemic. I really appreciate all that you do to keep my family and I safe and still provide excellent quality service!

A few days ago I gave a 1 star review regarding customer service. I have since met with the office manager regarding the communication issues that resulted in the misunderstanding. The follow up was greatly appreciated. I went back to the office and my new glasses were adjusted to fit properly. I appreciate the time that was taken to talk over the misunderstanding with communication on both sides (mine and theirs). I will continue to have my families vision needs taken care of at the Vision clinic. I appreciate the time taken to find out what happened and we resolved the issue. I just recently moved to Racine. I was recommended by a family member to see Dr. Schmidt. I am so grateful to him. At my first visit, he detected my cataract issues and also thought I had macular degeneration and referred me to a specialist. Being an elderly person, I was concerned about going to the doctor during a pandemic. The Vision Clinic has done a very good job of keeping people safe during these times. Thank you!

The doctors are very thorough and explain everything that is happening during the exam. They also have a nice selection of frames to choose from for eyewear. Thank you for requiring appointments to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.

Avoid this place if you have a busy life. They disregard appointment times and will make you wait around an hour if not more to make substantial progress. Don’t even get me started on waiting for glasses and fitting. Will take 3 to 4 weeks, for me personally I called every week since I was told it would only take 7 days (did not at all, it took 4 weeks and when I called the receptionist at the time stated she said that there was no such order in place so she had to scramble to get my prescription).Tldr: Others I have encountered have even corroborated the long delays during an appointment.

Staff was very polite and very helpful finding the right pair of glasses for my daughter, the staff member who called to let me know her glasses were in had good customer service skills.

Waited literally 45 mins for just an appointment to select glasses... Then heard nothing from them for 4 weeks, just for me to call and ask them to say ohh theyve been ready. Never called to let me know.I gave 3 stars just because Melissa was super helpful in fixing these problems and working with me.

Well they tried saying my insurance dont work which is dumb everyone has a right to be seen but yeah will be my last going here better train your receptionist better how to do there job!!

Poor customer service, and I told them to call my insurance company ahead of time because they are closed Fridays but I went there today and they were not ready for my appointment. Tellin my my card is old

Had some problems but they helped me out.

Nothing but problems with this office. First, they waited 6 weeks until I FINALLY called them to see what was going on with my sons glasses. They needed to bill his primary HEALTH insurance so it could get denied so his vision insurance would pick it up. No calls to me at all to ask about this. Then when his glasses were ready, I waited weeks for them to call and nothing. I call them and they said theyve been ready for a while and that theyve been trying to call me to tell me this but my phone wasnt working....ummm....I use my phone every day. NO calls nor messages from this office. Never will be going to this place again!

Waited for 10 weeks for glasses (partially due to Covid 19 delay) but found out the glasses had been sitting in their lab for days. No call. Now have to make a separate appointment because they will not fit the glasses without one! Very frustrating.

Went got eyes checked me and my daughter good service but she got her glasses back in two weeks she’s happy with her glasses and we order our glasses at the same time and I’m still waiting on my glasses almost a month later and they still not here and I called them today July 9 and my glasses are still not here even after I made a post on here with the review now I just updating cause they told they would be here this week and they still haven’t came in I don’t know what more to say but I’m not calling after today they say they got a shipment but they haven’t called or said nothing about my glasses this is so frustrating

This place didn’t even give my grandpa the right glasses, He can’t even see with the ones they gave him, and they told him he needed surgery. He doesn’t need surgery he can see perfectly fine with his old glasses but they broke, this place sucks they didn’t help at all complete waste of time.

I recently escorted my mother in for an exam. She is wheelchair bound and was nervous. As soon as we entered your clinic, the staff was very comforting for her. I noticed their energy and focus on their patients needs. Dr. Anderson was so impressive with his expertise and patient skills. I would and will recommend your practice to everyone I know! I care department is okay but glasses are way way overpriced. I will never go back to that place.You are herded like sheep into there glasses sales room.Dont fall for it.They want 100 percent down when ordering.No payment plan.Will not return ever.Some people dont drive Porches and BMWs like them.

Went in thinking I would need to pay for new glasses after having sat on my previous pair. Instead of selling me new ones they fixed my old ones good as new for free. Amazing

I am on vacation and the earpiece on my glasses broke. I took them to Vision Clinic, explained the situation and they fixed my glasses immediately at no charge. Thank you so much!!!!

It was NOT a very good day at the Vision Clinic. I waited 3 weeks to get my glasses, and when I finally got them they were defective. I was told they would fix them, but it would take ANOTHER 2 weeks. There was no concern or empathy for my inconvenience. They didnt even accept responsibility, stating that they do not make them onsite. Unhappy with the wait time and service, I opted for a refund, and was given the run around again. They could not give me cash back, stating that they dont have that kind of cash on hand; $89.00. I have been a customer for over 36 years. I will not be back.

Scheduled an appointment over a month ago, just called and no appointment? The manager called about three hours later and fixed the appointment, wasnt expecting that so thank you .

I want to share my experience on todays visit. I went to pick up my glasses after two weeks that was when i ordered my lenses, at that time the lady told me that was going to be $92 or $93, that i could pay when i pick them up. Today the lady at the front desk said tha i need to pay $173 or something like that. I was trying to figure out why i was getting charge so much if i just order bifocal lenses? She gave an attitude, seeing to me that she didnt know the information. Also, sounds lile she didnt believe what i was saying, keep saying that the lady must told me if i want the same as the last order when she never asked. I felt i was getting treated as a liar. Now they kept the glasses for another 2 weeks to remove the antiglear. What of inconvenience. Poor customer service if people has to deal with that lady I deal today.

I work for an eye clinic and I have never know any type of doctor offices to not call and confirm appointments and due to there lack of care my son missed his Sat appointment and now I will have to wait long! Not happy
