Went there a few weeks ago and shipped out a package and it was 20 lb and I was charged $26 for it because she put rating weight 26 lb even though the actual weight was only 20 lb.But whats weird is I just sent out another package which was 18 lb and she put reading weight 33 lb so I ended up paying $33.43 for that package which was less weight than the one I mailed out previously.So how can you charge me $26.41 for 19 lb and then you charge me $33.43 for 18 lb. Does that make any sense. She rips people off I would go somewhere else if I were you. Shes also rude all the other reviews that say shes rude is in fact true sometimes I just dont feel comfortable going there.But I will definitely be mailing my stuff out with USPS going forward because youre scamming people with your prices and I wouldnt deny it to fire you because I do have receipts to prove it. I dont throw any of these away and comparing them totally can see that you are ripping people off.

Perfect place to ship or mail. Extremely nice people. They everything you need from computer access, faxing, and printing. You will not be disappointed.

The lady who works there is the only one working, she doesn’t let you access any of the fax machines by yourself she claims it’s due to Covid and before that she still wouldn’t let you use any of the fax machines or printers. I went in two weeks ago to email some very important papers and come to find out they were never sent! She never gave me a confirmation or anything and she puts all the information in yourself without you reviewing it to see if it’s correct. I paid 9.75 for service that day for lost information that was never received by my employer. Also she charges you a service fee if you’re using a debit or credit card so please take cash.

Every time I go here, there is always a long line and only 1 person working! They need a drop off only area. Annoying to stand in line for a quick drop off item!

Was very rude over the phone..trying to explain what happened and the lady cut me off mid sentence and told me store had alot of coustmers..and hung up on me after Ive done 60 dollars worth of buisness with them!!!!!!!!! Not a way to run a business and keep the doors open!! I will never return or will I ever send anyone there for anything! As it is they are double charging just to ship!!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF RUDENESS!!!!!!
