Excellent location, great customer service, quick, and attentive to the customer. My coffee was good, the donuts were still soft, and late afternoon munchkins were to be had...my kids lovem and most locations sell out of them by mid-morning.

Ordering and buying this ice cream cake was the most frustrating experience. We started the order process on Wednesday for a Saturday morning pickup. The problem lies in that english is the second language of most of the staff. When we called on Wednesday to order the cake, were instructed to call back tomorrow (Thursday) and speak with the cake person. Which we did. We placed our order but both people that we spoke with were difficult to understand and we were suspect that our order would be correct. Upon arrival, our suspicions were justified. We asked for Happy 7th Birthday Gideon to be on top of the cake. Instead, upon arrival it was written on the serving disk with out the 7th. I had them correct it, but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes or so. The cake cost $26.00 (6 inch) my grandson enjoyed it so this Baskin Robbins gets 3 stars instead of 2

Baskin-Robbins has great ice cream and treats. Dunkin Donuts has great donuts and treats as well. Idk though. It just didnt seem like a very friendly, welcoming, inviting place anymore. No one said hi or thank you or what can I get for you today. I dont know if there are new owners and thats why the general vibe feels different, or what. It wont stop me from going in and getting my goodies, but it is a disappointing change.

Ordered a banana Sunday when we questioned why there were no bananas and hot fudge on it they just said they were on the bottom so we checked surprisingly they were not on the bottom we went back around to get my order replaced they just placed the hot fudge and bananas on top of my already melting ice cream and acted shocked when we were upset because it melted even faster and made a mess so we had go back through the AGAIN to have them replace our order properly cashier got upset with mebecause I told her to replace the order or give us our money back would one star but I feel bad for people who lack common sense

Says they are open until midnight. Yet when we arrived at 10:30pm they were closed and appeared to have been closed for hours.

I came in no body had a mask on so I left. It was unsafe

Over priced and not very good at all. I ordered frozen yogurt and got vanilla ice cream instead in my sundae, which I couldve gotten past except the ice cream was very poor quality. It was icey like freezer burn and not very flavorful. I paid like $6 for yuk! I couldve gotten good custard for like half that price. My husbands banana split was disappointing as well. the banana seemed kinda old and he said ice cream wasnt very good either. My daughter got a coffee drink... Kinda hard to screw that up, so they got 1 star for that.

It was nice to get out, we all have a lot to learn yet, about being in public in these times.

My go to place for Banana splits, the best hands down. Very friendly staff. The store is always clean and sanitary. If you like ice cream as much as I do, then this place is for you. You will not be disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I like to go for milkshakes once in awhile, service is always slow in the evening. Went last night and it was beyond horrible. I had to repeat myself three times and the person taking the order through drive thru was slurring her words to badly that I couldnt even understand her. I pulled up to the window for the total and for my order. I waited a while before given the total. On the outside of the window there is a small screen that has your total amount visible for you to see, okay so my total was changed four different times. As I looked in the window the cashier called someone else over and neither of them seemed to get it right. She finally gives me my total and when taking my card she looked so zoned out (high). Her and her coworker both were out of it. Eyes red as ever and low, neither could stop swaying, both acted really weird.

I refuse to come here again the staff was rude and would not honor a $3 off coupon I had for my birthday. Even with me willing to show my ID showing my birthday. Nothing was expired he clearly was just in a bad mood.

You guys need to update your hours in Google you guys are so sorry that youre close at 12.its obvious youre not because when we call no one picks up the phone there can you please update your hours in Google so we know what your actual hours are?thank you

This location has GREAT SERVICE. The staff is SO FRIENDLY. They always have a great selection of Donuts. The flavors of Ice Cream choices are endless. My favorite is Chocolate Peanut butter. This is Chocolate Ice Cream WITH REAL Peanut Butter globs. NOT........Peanut Butter Cup Candy in my ice cream. I DO NOT LIKE CANDY ......in my Ice Cream. Real Peanut Butter in my Chocolate Ice Cream Is Heavenly!!!!They have many types of Coffees and Coffee Beverages. They have a freezer with pre- packed quart and pint flavors OR have them make you a carton of your favorite flavor. They have a Drive-Thru Window.

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday chocolate cake was stale happy birthday looked like a 5 year wrote it, paid 50 bucks and it wasnt the best. I could of gotten better somewhere else and cheaper and bigger

Two thumbs down! I ordered an ice cream pie at their online site, paid $22 for it on my credit card, and when I went to pick up the ice cream the store staff said it was not available. When I asked them to credit my charge card for the $22 charge i authorized at their online site, the store staff said there would be no charge. But there is a $22 charge on my credit card!!!Update: after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I received a refund.

Baskin-Robbins has so many choices of ice cream, shakes, and other items on the menu this is good and theyre reasonably priced

This place is so uncoordinated. If they get it together it would be a much better place. Everyone is running around like a chicken with its head cut off! Real pricey too!
