The is store is a joke, the displays are peeling and dusty. My fiancé and I dealt with a different employee every time we went into the store and only one of them was actually helpful. When we got his wedding band back from being sized it looked so awful they had to send it back out immediately to be reworked?!

Christine, the jewelry consultant that helped me while there, definitely needs to be recognized for her knowledge, listening to my questions and concerns, caring nature, and making me realize that I actually could get a wedding ring when I thought it might never be possible!

I love Kay Jewelers, have been going there for over a decade, highly recommend!!

A beautiful setting with this 1 carat diamond. weve used this particular store to inspect and clean the ring. It seems to be a rarity nowadays when an organization stands by their contracts. I dont go to any other store to buy jewelry.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nothing people is very rude

My husband and I bought my wedding band from this location. The sales reps were very helpful. They had a great selection at decent prices compared to where we got my engagement ring. I recently returned to have my band resized. I dont remember the name of the rep that assisted me but while there, I asked about enhancers and wraps. She was more than happy to show me their selection and tell me about the redesigning events they have. But she also understood that I wasnt able to make a purchase that day so she didnt push me into buying anything. I hope to return to redesign my wedding ring set in the near future.
