I usually go to this store for hair products because its on my way home from work I recently stopped going I purchased two packs of beads I used only one pack Literally three days later I came back & asked the counter lady can I exchange the unopened beads with the receipt for some braiding hair that I purchase all the time She said with this receipt this no exchange I said where do it say that at on the receipt I could have asked for return then she said ok go get hair....I was a loyal customer How dare she...

I absolutely LOVE Dollar Y Mas!!! They are so nice and helpful I have never once had an employee give any attitude. I love them and they have a huge variety of things for a great price.

When I come into the store I always get a warm welcome. They always ask me if I need help. They carry my FAVORITE lip gloss. Not too expensive.

Like family Dollar better never really go here but workers are nice

Would star less if i could ...horrible experience both times i went there!!! i went back because i am a firm believer in second chances.. I bought an item(clippers that had obviously been used before) and asked if i could return if any problems, and the owner said yes. however i was disapointed when i needed to return/exchange the item (it was overpriced at 130. valued at 89.99. Had blond hair and oil dripping from the blade) and the owner denyed my exchange, i went thru her policies and realised her policy is exchange within 5 days of purchase with original reciept and original condition, although my exchange met the terms and conditions, she still wouldnt cooperate, and called me a lier. one of her emplyees jumped into the discusion and informed me that her bosses meaning of return is completely different than what her customers understand! As i told her, i dont mean to be rude, but if she owns any bussines, she needs to take the time to learn English so she can understand her customers... oh and by the way wiping the oil off the blade made the clippers out of original condition.!
