This store is one of the best holistic stores I have visited since State Street days. With those stores gone its hard to fine a true Metaphysics store with real merchandise.Mel is so knowledgeable and is eager to help. She listens with kindness and offers what she knows to help. I thank you!!!!I bought some delicious teas last week and it has flavor and can taste the holistic nature in them. What a refreshing change.Please support local!!!

Start changing your hours on Google if you are going to close early. Nothing worse then rushing to a store to find out by a hand written note on the door that they are closed. 🤬

This rude, judge mental owner of Seepish lost 3 customers yesterday 9/12/20. Her sign read “Masks are to be worn with exceptions of those who have medical issues” I gather she has not memorized her sign. As I Approach the counter her younger daughter asked if I would wear a mask. I told her I have medical issues and wasnt required according to your sign. She continued to ask me something when I told her again, did you not read the sign you had posted! A women from right next to me whispered, “Her daughter is acting very rude and her mother should be aware of it. At that point her mother the owner, came out from the back room as I approaching her I mentioned, I have been coming here for years and I have never felt so humiliated and unwanted in her store. She continued to tell me I had attacked her daughter! I told her I did no such thing, as she then verbally attacked me for no reason. I have owned a few shops in Kenosha and I am well aware of what attack means! Nor would I have ever been so rude with my customers especially with something I had posted..you either know how to deal with customers or you don’t. And she did not! I told her I would go public with this because others need to know who they are dealing with once they walk into her store. I also noticed some other negative reviews. I will never go back and I will let others know about my experience.

The staff here is very helpful and so welcoming. They greet you as you walk in and offer to help right away. I wish they had a bigger selection of crystals, but they do have a lot more health food and supplements than metaphysical things. There is a cool selection of teas, and essential oils. I also like coming here for the selection of bath and body items.

The woman there watches you like a hawk. If you leave her field of vision, she will spy on you from behind a shelf. Ive never been made to feel more like a criminal for the unspeakable act of browsing at a store I havent been to before. Next time I need some natural body care, Id prefer to crawl 30 miles on broken glass and honey to the nearest Whole Foods.

The ladies that work here are always friendly. Every time I walk in Im instantly relaxed because of the vibe throughout the store.

I honestly was going to buy some stones from here but instead of saying something like hey are you interested in looking at any of these the lady said we close in about 5 minutes and nothing else... when she said that I just walked out.

I love going in and find it difficult to leave. There are so many items that interest me that I have to set a budget and stick to it. I will miss this shop when I go back to Texas.
