VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a water pipe from this shop, after both the shop worker and myself inspected the glass, aka just looked at the design together, I took it home. After the first use, I noticed a larges crack that was leaking water at the base of the piece. I quickly cleaned it off and called the store not 15 minutes after purchase. Friendly staff invited me back in to see what can be done. I brought the piece in and they assured me a thorough inspection had been done prior to the sale, almost laughable in my defense. He then quickly assured to me nothing could be done and because it was a used piece that the store couldnt take the loss. Actual words from the man. The store couldnt take a loss for customer who frequently shops at the store and lives down the road. Then he offered $20 cash on my $104.96 CC purchase. Ill take my business across town!!

Used to go here at least once a week as it is near my home. a lot of their product is faulty and they will not replace it. make sure you test your product the day of before wasting $20 on something that doesn’t work. oh but they’ll let you exchange a disposable if you don’t like the flavor LMAO maybe post that return policy somewhere so customers are aware. the customer service is also terrible. there is no sort of line. they’d rather lose a customer than to simply fix their mistake.

Very low quality glass that he says is high quality fake designer brands I’ve bought hookah that leeks and now bought a bong that the base is warped all glass has imperfections which he sells for outrageous prices does not help you when you have an issue with something bought and does not except returns or exchanges on defective e-cigarettes that don’t work at all lost a good customer over $10 was so rude he dismissed me after I waited patiently for someone to help me I will never set foot in this store again

I always enjoy seeing the owner, but two of his employees could not be more disinterested if they tried. No greeting, no goodbye (even in response), and very clearly disinterested in the questions I ask. Not knowledgable and seem angry when I ask for a specific product that isnt stocked. I like to shop locally and help out small business owners, but the employees are probably driving customers away. I would honestly rather buy online than be treated like that.(Example: when we arrived, two women were leaving and said goodbye to the blonde guy behind the counter. He ignored them and they were clearly uncomfortable. I can all but guarantee they wont be back.)I always enjoy seeing the owner. Hes a good dude, but he needs to drop the dead weight before they wreck his clientele -- I always leave feeling that I am an annoyance to the clerk when Im there to drop stacks. Also, Im friendly as hell. The problem is absolutely NOT on my end.Anyway, hire new guys. Theyre awful and make me want to avoid the place.

I am not a tobacco or vape user. I was disheartened to learn that this shop sells to minors and does not check IDs. How do I know? Well they sold to my 16 yo son. This was a poor choice on my sons part, but the shop could have carded him and turned him away. He had been purchasing the for about 5 months. When I took my son in to confront the owner and two employees, they recited the law to me and informed me that they would never sell to minors. My son claims they did. I find it foolish that my 16 yo son can man up for his mistakes, but three grown men cannot.
