The place isnt exactly in business anymore, I think hes mostly selling off his old parts inventory online. Otherwise the owner is super cool and just so happened to have ancient arctic cat parts for me. You can find him on Ebay.
Bought a leather jacket. Great customer service.
Good local independent motorcycle shop. Ive used them for general maintenance and tire replacement. Very easy to work with.
He did what he said its running great
My favorite shop to go to! I used to work in the industry and they were always a great store to work with . Very upfront and honest. Ken has always helped me find whatever Im looking for. Hes always been willing to order specialty parts and ship them to me so I dont have to stop in but still can return them easily if I need too.NOW THEY JUST DO SERVICE BUT IT IS STILL EXCELLENT!!!!
Not much in here except bikes theyre fixing. Not even a sign up when I went there a month ago, passed it up twice before I noticed the business. Not sure if theyre closing soon or what.
Ken was very helpfull. He answered all of my questions right away. The Triumph tech is great. You could feel the passion from him as he talked about my bike. My service charges were more then fair. They are 2 hours away and it was well worth the drive.
Quick stop in to see if the shop had some goggles for riding in the rain.
Took in my 2006 Kawasaki zx10r for a valve cover gasket and valve adjustment. They ended up charging my $700 put on the work order they adjusted my valves and they didnt. They also didnt put all the parts back on my bike I was missing bolts and washers. Now I also have ticking noises coming from my front end. Dont take your bike here for work. Ill be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.
Bought my thruxton here and was a no nonsense painless transaction. Ken is an awesome person to work with...
Took five weeks to repair and the replaced the wrong seal. Took two weeks the second time and the final drive still leaked lube. Extremely disappointed. I ended up fixing it myself because I could not afford to spend more money for shotty work.
If you have a Triumph take it anywhere but here. I took my Bonnie here and the mechanical work done was terrible. The clutch was improperly adjusted which almost caused me to ruin the clutch plates. The biggest problem was my swing arm was put back together with missing pieces! The swing arm issue was not discovered till I replaced my rear tire and noticed a lot of side to side wobble. This could have cause a serious accident or killed me. When I asked about the clutch, a few days after getting the work done, I was accused of tampering with it myself. Ken was condescending and little help. This place will never see my business again, and hopefully not yours as well.
