Even the missmatch was corrected at no charge. The team they have in-store is really worth the visit. The color matched mik.. Can fix your color like a pro.

Dont know the full scope of S.W. products or how to direct to another location for service. Waited over a day for answers to call or anything. Youd think they would have a technical support team to call if they dont know the answer.

All went well. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The clerk was polite and helpful

I went to Sherwin Williams to buy floor paint for my house. After applying the paint according to manufacturers specifications, I allowed it to dry for the recommended duration. However the paint never fully cured. It is soft and ant adhering to the floor well at all. I gave this paint a month to dry and its still not fully cured.I attempted to return the remaining gallon of the paint to the store. I was not asking for more than simply what I paid for the paint. I was refused s return and the I would have to have someone come out and look at it to explain to me what I did wrong. I have been flipping houses for 35 years, and have worked as a professional painter for a decade of those. it was clear to me that Sherwin Williams has no intention of returning my $300.I will need to due them in small claims and then they can cover the return, removal of the defective surface, and reapplication of new paint. Obviously customer service is not a priority with Sherwin Williams in Racine.

Amber was AMAZING! She answered all of my silly questions, and got me everything I needed to get my jobs done WITHOUT overselling me at all. She was extremely busy, but never missed a beat when it came to providing valuable and compassionate customer service to everyone in the store!

Notably, Vince was extra pleasant & helpful. Hes very knowledgeable of the business & has my confidence that my painting project will be a rewarding experience c/o Sherwin Williams product line.

Excellent paint. The Emerald paint is expensive but you truly only need one coat! It covers incredibly no matter what color you are painting over.

The store needs to have more than one person on duty. We called in an order for paint. It was ready for pickup when I arrived. However, there were six people in line. Each of their orders were taken and filled while I waited. Should have been a quick pick up, took 35 minutes.

Curbside pick up was excellent. My order was filled correctly and the staff respected the social distance recommendations.

They always are helpful and have what I need even custom colors.

Very helpful staff, specially the tall blonde lady. She was very nice and knowledgeable on paint colors and the psychology of paint. We are definitely making this our favorite paint store!

I went in during a bad weather day, but the staff in the store was happy to have a customer and helped me find exactly what I needed. They knew the products and I was able to walk out about 30 minutes later with everything that I needed to paint 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and our kitchen.
