I had the mechanic to work on a vehicle that has been sitting for a while. He was able to get me back up and running again. I had to bring the vehicle back to him because it would cut off when I put the car into reverse. Him and his assistant was very pleasant both times. I really appreciate his honesty on both visits. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. The owner and associates were very friendly and precise with their work. Went in to have them check out a misfire in my 2003 Infiniti G35, and they had it running better than ever before they closed. What I thought would cost an arm and a leg for all of the parts that had to be replaced, ended up costing way cheaper than what most other shops were going to charge. I stopped in unannounced to see if they could do an oil change. The shift bushing went out as I went to park. They got right on it. Changed my oil, I walked to the part store got the bushing and they fixed it for me not charging anything more then the cost for the oil change. No one else is ever going to work on my Mercedes! I just bought an older model and it’s the first Mercedes I have ever owned and I was super nervous and this place made me feel so much better about my purchase. Good shop! They diagnosed my heater core issue and had time to get me in right away.I left car there and they had me back on the road in a few hours.

I highly recommend Finnys. I needed a new air conditioner compressor. After contacting them my car was being fixed early the next morning. It was during the height of summer heat. Im very thankful for how fast, caring, and efficient they were. My car gets like a refrigerator now lol.

My fiancé recommended this place and I must say that they did not disappoint. I took my car to a auto mechanic place in Etown and they charged me $1500, broke a hose, and misplaced the the cover to my engine, and my car still wasn’t fixed properly . so I am very pleased with the work and timing of these guys.

I went there without an appointment and had to wait while they helped the people in front of me (obviously) but as soon as they had an opening they got me in and found the issue right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I drive an 02 mini cooper and I know they can be a pain to work on. It was an easy fix and they let me know what to do so I wouldnt have gotten charged but Im visiting up here and dont have any tools or anything. They took it in and had the part delivered and the car was fixed in about 20 min. Cost about a hand instead of an arm and a leg for their services unlike most places. Wish I lived closer for future issues.

Took my 03 350Z there the other day. Didn’t know what it needed so I had them look it over. They called me and told me what I needed and got it fixed. Called other shops to compare prices and they saved me a boat load! Awesome service, super friendly and fast! The z drives better than ever!

Had my ac, brakes for all four wheels and an oil change done the other day. They finished the job same day despite the fact that they were slammed with customers. The price was more than fair for the amount of parts and labor put in and the staff always treats you like family. I brought Bill a well-functioning Audi TT to repair some oil leakage. What he gave me back something starved of power and struggling just to climb Hills. When I brought it back to him after the third time in about 2 weeks to say it didnt drive like it had before, his response was to assert that he was the best mechanic in Louisville and that this was all in my head. He was able to discern this without EVER having test-driven the car.

Had issue with my BMW X6. After 2 days he told me he could fix it and make a lot of money but recommended I continue to drive it as the engine was strong but consider selling it as he knew It would continue to have other issues. Charged me ZERO dollars to troubleshoot the problem. You can not beat that!! Fast forward few months later I got rid of BMW. Bring in my Mini Cooper and he troubleshoots the issue in no time and fixes it once the parts were in. But car was still having issue... a couple days later he has it back to me and didn’t charge me any additional labor!! Only parts! And he went well above and beyond to figure it out and has car running better than when i first got it. Didn’t know it was so jacked up until he got everything right. Love this place!! Amazing work ethic. Extremely humble and caring. And goes above and beyond to do job right. Trust him with all my cars.

Took my van here yesterday to have it looked at. So far my man finny has been honest about things and wouldnt just take my money without looking at my van. I can appreciate an honest mechanic. The receptionist who takes the keys and you fill out your slip for is friendly as well. I will update once finny gets back to me one what needs to be replaced and the pricing.Update: Finny called me around 3:30pm today 1-16-19 and gave me the scoop on what was wrong with my van. I was looking to spend $1600 on repairs for what I was told was wrong. Finny fixed only what needed to be fixed and I made out only spending 471 and some change. I Rounded that up to $500. This mechanics shop is amazing, my van is no longer whining and grinding. Im satisfied. Taking it on a long distance trip tomorrow to see how it does. Give this guy a chance you wont regret it.

I took my 2016 Mercedes to the shop that I specifically googled for the nearest mechanics shop near me and found Finny’s. I went because my check engine came on. As I walked in the office the lady greeted me and I told her the problem. After everything was discussed, I left my car. That same day the mechanic called me back to tell me that the car needed a change of thermostat as well as my oil and spark plugs. I told him to do everything that needed to be fixed. After about two days I got a call from the lady saying it was finished. As I arrived to pick it up, I paid in cash and thanked them both. An hour passed and the check engine came back on. I quickly called back and the only thing they said was it takes time for the light to go away. After another few hours it was still not gonna. I decided to go to the dealership in Louisville the next day. They told me that the thermostat, my oil and spark plugs have not been changed at all. The dealership charged a lot less than finnys and got the job done better. Overall, I lost money. The mechanic was rude while I called on the phone to tell him about the light coming on. Just didn’t get the job done right at all.

Without this shop in our life, we would of lost thousands trying to get our vehicle fixed. The most HONEST automotive repair shops anyone will ever come across. This shop isn’t just for imports but all auto makers.

I just so happen to be driving down 31W when my car starting shaking uncontrollably. I was headed towards Elizabethtown! I had to turn around immediately and couldn’t think of any mechanic who could get me in fast to diagnose what was going on with my car.
