Love this place! They did so great on my son daughter and mine hair! We came in told them what we wanted and they delivered. I was happy because my hair had been severely damaged but was able to make my hair feel better and keep it at a length I was comfortable having, I highly recommend going to these girls

My stylist really listened to what I wanted and got it just right. The stylist on the next chair was working hard to get his clients hair perfect, too. There was a lady getting foils, too. Ive never seen that, but it was interesting. Our visit was friendly, clean and affordable.

Theres a man named Jake over there that can do razor cuts and he doesnt pretty good finally found somebody in Radcliff Kentucky that knows how to do a razor cut

Horrible experience today! I asked stylist for a trim. However my hair is now too short to do anything with it! I wanted my hair trimmed around the ears and the back shaved. The stylist used scissors to cut the back. I did mention that the top of my hair was too heavy and asked if she could fix it. She did not use thinning shears! And then proceeded to cur my bangs when I didnt ask for them to cut! When she asked how it looked I said to short and that was the end of our conversation besides her telling me how much the cut was!

Did a horrible job on my haircut and did it super fast. Felt extremely rushed and extremely OVER PRICED.. I would not recommend even coming here.. I would rather wait another day and somewhere else. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If it was a choice between never getting my haircut or coming here than Ill looking like chewy..

Amazing! Took my children (youngest is 2) and they did amazing with them. Highly recommend. They actually care about how u look while also caring about what u want.

Made my first hair appointment since the pandemic, and was glad to have my first cut with Heather. She made me straggly tresses look smart again with a lovely blunt cut and trimming of any split ends. She also gave me product to enhance my very stressed thinning hair. Feel ready to visit family, I havent been with in months, and gratified I wont be looking so unkempt for our socially distanced outdoors seating masked visit.

Not long wait time if you call ahead. Hairstylist was hesitant to cut my sons hair. He has sensory issues at 4 years and he kept moving and waving his hands because it tickled. Cut was incomplete but better than what we could do at home. I recommend the chubby alternative girl there for childrens cuts but will not be using any of the others for him again.

I was in town and was in desperate need of a hair cut! I got seen in about 30 minutes. The wait wasnt long at all given that it was on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone there was polite and treated me like family! They had steaming hot coffee ready to be consumed and very friendly faces ready to greet you! I will definitely be back!

The lady was great with my daughter. She listened to her input and cut her hair as she wanted.

Arrived about 5 minutes early for appointment. Was taken right away. Good haircut. A bit pricey but that is the times.

Came in for full highlights, and told the stylist heavy highlights. Mind you I waited and 1hr and half. Walked out with maybe a partial and an insult after another stylist told everyone I came in looking wild. Still brown hair and two blonde stripes at the front of my face. Paid 90$ for two strips. So thank you for the RIP off and the insult. If I could rate this stylist as a 0 I would. Much appreciated.

Fantastic Sams recently remodeled their store and has a fresh look. Their best stylist is Charity so if you want an amazing cut be sure to request her. Ive been going here for a year now and she has never done me wrong. The stylists who give the bad cuts never last long so dont be afraid to give Fantastic Sams another chance.

Trust my stylist completely. She is excellent at giving a perfect haircut every time. I have been with her for over 10 years and she has never let me down.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my son in for a fairly basic cut and it looked awful. She didn’t fade at all, the edges were extremely jagged, she missed sections of hair and seriously believed that she did a good job. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I will not be coming back to fantastic sams, i brought my two daughters in a few weeks ago and the man and woman in there was extremely rude, the lady who done my 12 year olds charged me extra money for her having to brush her NATURAL curly hair, isn’t that her job? The man who done my 18 year olds took her hair down and made a sarcastic remark on her hair color and how her hair was cut. Both of their hair looks terrible. Worst service ever. Do not go here!

They did a horrible job on my hair an it was a simple wash an flat iron. It was not pressed out well and they made my hair very oily; spraying unnecessary amounts of oil. I will not be making another trip back there.
