I hate to say it...but everyone knows it..Walmart has just lost its thrill. Its basically torure to shop there. I feel like every time I go, the prices get higher and higher. Plus, you have to see all that stuff you cant afford anyway. And they dont have what I want in stock, anyway. ☆ Let me tell you a secret: Go to Walmart.com. You can find ANYTHING! And they ship the next day most of the time. Tons of items have free shipping or if you spend $35 its free shipping. BUT, you can order and choose pickup for FREE! Then you go to Walmart and your items are already bagged and ready. You just show the associate at the pickup station your order number or ID. And it takes like 5 mins. Ta da! No Covid, no lines, no drooling over matching bathroom sets...be good to yourself. Dont go to Walmart. Let Walmart come to you. Freedom.

I thought Walmart had better customer service. This store has gone to the dogs. I waited for 15 min. for none of my clearance items to ring up right. It was the self service line. The lady came and fixed some items but up and left when the last halloween item rang up wrong too. She said just go to customer service because I got to go or I will be in trouble. I had to pay for part of my order separately. I then waited another 15 min for a lady to run all over the store looking for the same halloween item after I told her that was the last one on the clearance rack.The store coach finally told her to just do the 75% off and she couldnt even figure that out and got it wrong too $24.98 - 75% does not equal 7.15. Wow! I just paid and got the heck out of there. I would of gave it a one star but finally after a half hour they fixed the price.

I stopped by today and got a Cuban sandwich and tostones (fried plantain chips) and everything was great. Thanks.

Dont know why they decided to change the WHOLE store around? They only have 1 check out line with an actual person working so be prepared if going for a big shopping trip because you will most likely have to use self checkout!!!

ONE and only ONE cash register that was being run by a cashier was open! I saw at least 6 people stocking. I get that, but at 11:00 in the morning when you have 35 people trying to do the self cash registers? Come on Walmart, you can do better. Or at least you use to.

They are taking all the cashiers jobs away and making us do our own checkout now days. No, I did not see an employee discount applied to my bill!

Had the rudest older lady ever check my receipt as I left the store on the home and pharmacy exit. She asked where something was on the receipt I said I dont know and gave her the dollar amount of the purchased item. As I walked away she turns to another employee proceeds to start talking about me and pointing at me.. Never have I had an employee of any store be so disrespectful as to literally start talking about me to other employees when Im 2 steps away. SMH if you hate your job that much find a new one lady!

Would be nice to have cashiers instead of having to do it yourself especially big orders. No room to put items big inconvenience. Kroger looking better all the time

Yep, it’s a Walmart. Compared to all the Walmart’s I’ve ever seen, this one is pretty average.It’s cleaner than most, but the aisles are narrow and customers on electric carts are racing down them forcing the able bodied to squeeze out of the way. They have also locked one entrance, but haven’t marked it as closed which is just careless.

I love using the Pick up Service for groceries here. The staff are very friendly and efficient. They even make you smile. Grocery shopping used to be a chore now it is not.

Actually I found that the prices at the super center are signifitly higher than our local Krogers store and walmarts fruits n vegetables are the cauls they usually throw away at. Packing or. Storage places, dont know how they higher their buyers but they need to go go to school and learn about quality and grading of fruits n vegetables.

At 10AM on Sunday morning and only one checkout line open. Why have 15-17 lines if not going to have open yet plenty of people doing the online filling and stocking shelves. Why not stock when customers are not here?Waste more time in line than getting what is needed 7 carts deep in the check out line yet no manager trying to open a line up

You know what, I have been in several Walmarts lately and they were a mess. Understaffed, stressed, unfriendly staff, etc.I saw no evidence of that here. It was calm and everyone seemed pleased with their work environment, not that I asked how they were doing, and genuinely happy to help when I did ask for it.

Nice store. Friendly helpful employees. Big selections on different items if interest. Has self check out and open registers. Easy to find the different departments with in the store. All in all a great place to shop. Even had a fueling station.

Has what I need but you can definitely see things have lost there tuch in many departments and the workers dont smile like they use to. Even with masks on you can people dont enjoy working there.

Clean store, helpful employees. The app is really handy to find where merchandise is located and compare prices. Also can save you $$ if the online price is cheaper. Caveat that they only match it if theyre selling it & its in stock.

The super Walmart in Radcliff doesnt carry the inventory like its fellow walmart in Elizabethtown. If you need a couple items then by all means go if you know they have those items. Otherwise, go to Elizabethtown Walmart.

Overall good selection and the staff was friendly. The produce selection was much needed of improvement. The produce seemed out dated on some selections.

This store is always clean and everything is very organized and neat. Friendly and helpful people.

I was there to pickup my ailing mothers medication, and Zoe assisted me and was extremely helpful and courteous 5 star for Zoes professionalism .

Great customer service, associates helped me and were so curious. The inventory was the only issue. Several items were listed as in stock but not available. Other items were missing parts. Example: Lids the size I wanted but no tote. Step trashcan perfect size no lid.

This Walmart is very special to me. Its one of the original Walmart stores that has never changed. My father worked there when they first opened and met Sam Walton. One of the nicest people my father said.

Old shorter lady at the door is rude. Never spoke to anybody of color. Very rude indeed.

I hate going in here. You see people shop lift. The staff stare at you when people dont ear a mask. They dont ask if you need help. One cashier NEVER opened a box that had shoes. Just handed it back to the customer. Thats where they shop lift.

Too many CHINESE products; More USA Products in GROCERY DEPARTMENT and much better selection. RESIST all attempts by various TAXING Authorities to TAX Both Food and Drink. Keep cost down to the benifit of the consumer, and do not conform too Government Authorities to the Benefit of WALMART! Remember; that (THE CUSTOMER is KING). Keep America GREAT!

What can I say? Its Walmart. Nobody running registers. If Im going to have to ring up my own purchases, they should pay me to do it.

We could not locate any worker within the store that could give access to the locked aftershave. After 45 min search for assistance we depart, discussed. Our store needs help.

This Walmart Supercenter is better organized and more open than many others I have been in before. That makes it easier to find what you need and the isles dont feel crowded. They also had more checkers open than other locations usually have even on a Sunday.

Very clean and well stocked. It was a real pleasure to shop hete.

Its walmart where the price keeps going up and the quality goes down and the people are rude and blame everyone else. Its always not there fault. I dont really care whos fault just take care of me.

This Walmart had alot to choose from, very friendly staff. They was helpful asking how we was doing and asking if we needed any help..most Walmart stores dont do that here in Louisville.

Smash burgers are crisp and the burgers are thin and tasty but you need two for a meal. Onions, pickles and tomatoes were fresh. Service maybe a little slower but worth it because our food was made at the time of order. Fries were crispy and good. Overall, good burgers but a bit pricey for what we got.

Had a wonderful caring employee Alonyah (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) come from her car (which I assume she was on break or lunch) after I had waited for 20-30 minutes for a grocery pickup with nobody else in a pickup spot. I could see her watching me the entire time. Even on an obvious break cane up to my window and said shed go in and my order would be out shortly. 😍👏

They usually have what a person needs, but buy produce and meat elsewhere.

Cashiers doesnt take the time to make make sure you have all your purchases from the roll around bag dispenser are retrieved before next customer, shelves are mostly bear.

Went to Walmart in Elizabethtown, Ky. to buy a few things and was surprised that most things have been moved around. They are remodeling the store and I had a difficult time finding what I wanted. Have been going here for years and knew where the things I wanted were, so it took me awhile to find everything. They are removing the old flooring and putting a hard clear coat on the concrete floor, painting over the ugly yellow walls with white paint, and I was told they are replacing the lighting and doing other things. I understand they have a need to do this remodeling, just hope they hurry up and get it done. Still love the store.
