My grocery store of choice, always clean, very friendly employees and management.

I like shopping there and the food to choose from is always good .But yesterday a woman for no reason tapped me on the shoulder to tell me to, walk with my head held high and that her family had slaves and that her family fed them everyday.This was hurtful she didnt know me and just ruined my day out of hatred. The cashier said sorry to me and I appreciated that but the woman had no reason to speak to me for any reason.I will continue to shop at Foodlion because they are always friendly and kind to their customers and the store is always neat and clean and good prices I would recommend this store to everyone.

This store was very clean and the customer service was fantastic.

This location usually has a good selection of groceries and friendly staff. Stays open till midnight.

Could definitely offer better customer service. Maybe if they helped the customers as much as they stood around and talked it would be a better store to go to.

I ordered pickup groceries. I wanted Lunchables Pizza for a school lunch, and the replacement is cookies? So when the app sends me a message, I say no thanks, they replace it anyway. So I call to tell them to take it off the order, nooooo. I have to pull up, get my items brought out to me, then dig through the bags get the unwanted items and walk inside to return them....they could have very easily removed the items from my order when I called...never ever again Food Lion!🤬 If you arent going to at least choose a replacement of similar nature, and respond to my choices, I have three other grocery stores to choose from.

Since Food City opened up down the street, destined to run Food Lion outta business, its become quite pleasant to shop at.

The Food Lion in Radford is great! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the shelves are stocked. The prices are the best especially when using your MVP and your Shop and Earns on the Food Lion app.

Jared was a very nice cashier, and inventory staff helped me when I was looking for a certain type of bread. We love our Food Lion!!Masks are required, please comply for the safety and security of workers and other shoppers!! Someone walked in without a mask as if they couldnt read the signs posted!! Pay attention, you are NOT exempt from the Food Lion guidelines!!

Did a pick up, they had everything I ordered and it was all in record time!

Best meat Department; Clean store I’d dare say the front is immaculate! Helpful friendly staff ; it not a busy busy zoo like the Kroger ..... it’s one of those stores that’s just the right size to have what you need but it’s not a track meet !

This Food Lion is a definite plus -- friendly, courteous staff; clean and easily maneuverable aisles, and the products are well-organized. Their Deli chicken wings are great! They also carry Stans pimento cheese-a hard to beat combination for a stress-free picnic!

I am very impressed with this Food Lion. Their organization is impeccable. The store is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful.My only complaint would be that they need more vegan choices.

Newly renovated and looking great. Self checkout lines but still good old fashioned check out clerks that are happy to see you. The prices arent the cheapest but you will get a good product in a clean environment and youll leave the store with a smile.

The lay out is very nicely done. It looks pretty good but it is not worth their expensive prices. I rather shop at a store that may not look as good but I get more food for my money.

Selection is terrible. If you need something even remotely more ethnic or uncommon than chips and soda and burgers, dont expect to find it here. Egg roll wrappers? Nope. Chili sauce? Not a chance. Middle of nowhere store with middle of nowhere mentality.

Food Lion on Tyler Avenue in Radford is conveniently located to Radford University and East End of Radford. Is food Lion features mini fresh fruits and vegetables that are kept cool and moist. They also have a deli that offers freshly sliced sandwich meats, microwavable things, and a bakery with cupcakes and cakes.

This is our main grocery store, usually has superior produce and a good selection of everything else for a middle-sized store. They now take Android Pay.

Blatant, shameless, in-your-face highest prices/lowest quality in the area. I usually drive 20 extra minutes to the next town to shop. Also, those wow stickers are like a slap in mouth. Example: for months I paid about $7 for my coffee here. Then I showed up one day, noticed a wow, low price sticker on it AND IT WAS TWO-DOLLARS MORE EXPENSIVE!!! This seems to be consistently true here. Apparently, Food Lion thinks the citizens of Radford are idiots.

Your standard Food Lion: never crowded, always clean, including the bathrooms, prices are fairly competitive.

Food Lion is a good grocery store to buy certain items, you will get better prices for the same quality at Walmart on certain items.
