I changed jobs recently and unfortunately it isnt down the street anymore so my lunch hours are no longer spent heading there. That said I really like this place and the people that work there.They are always helpful and dont pressure you to buy. Was there today to bring someone new and they spent a good 45 minutes showing us what they had. Its worth the 30 min drive for me and I will for sure keep being one of their customers.

Very be professional service for a FFL transfer, though $75 seems to be pricey.

I brought my firearm there to just get a value on my rifle and also to purchase accessories for it and the store manager Got “offended” by my spikes tactical snow flake edition lower receiver. Kind of ironic that I purchased the lower for people exactly like him. Once he saw the lower he asked me to leave the store. Never will come back or recommend anyone in doing so either. He started to get rude but then was polite. Wasn’t nasty or anything but just not right to asked someone to leave the store just because they have something or maybe think a different way then you do. I expect this from others not a firearm shop. I will take my business somewhere else.

This is the second time Ive been there.And Im very pleased with the service. The staff are very good at their job, they know what they are doing,Joe and Jake are true professionals,I will keep coming back, I feel good spending my time and money there.keep up the good work.

I take no pleasure in writing a negative review but do so because I would want to be forewarned.When visiting, I felt that I was not a valuable, paying customer, but a bother. I waited patiently to be seen, only to need to wait a few hours more (to pick up a handgun Id already paid for) when the rep made a mistake entering me into the system.I left after 2 1/2 hours and was called to pick up my handgun. Then, I was called to come back the next day because they forgot to have me sign something. Thankfully, I was to take a class there the day after that so I told them I would sign it then.When I went for my class, no one knew about the class at all. I waited as people were asked and was even told I was at the wrong location, which I wasnt. Finally, Joe came and taught me. He was wonderful and very helpful, which makes this all feel even worse.I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. If they were all as nice and helpful as Joe, certainly, but the others just dont seem to care about their customers much at all. Big changes need to be made with customer service and care being top priority. My experiences were such that I do not want to go back.

The in store inventory is great and service is good, but the on-line ordering is very poor, and not worth the wait. Placed an order, and four weeks later, still have not received status. Very poor e-service. Do not use their on-line store. Other on-line stores provide similar pricing with superior service. Too bad for Heritage Guild, that cannot deliver on-line, and can only rely on the in store service.

Unprofessional and have no knowledge of state laws. Employees appeared to be overwhelmed and poorly educated. If you don’t like where you work lose the attitude and quit.

Came on sat around 4:50pm, I knew it would be too late to buy handgun. But, just wanted to check few of them out. Those guys were looking at me like I stole their lunch. One of them was like you have 4 1/2 minutes. Which would be fine, a just turned around and left. ......didnt want to waste their Saturday evening. Went to a place in Woodbridge, got one much cheaper!

Racial discrimination place. Especially if you are from Asian countries. When I came in, they just said we dont sell guns to foreigners. How rude the stuff was. They dont even verify if you are eligible to buy a firearm, instead, they decided whom they want to sell by just races. I could give no star if I could. And I also had a bad experience in another store in PA. Is that really they companys culture to be discriminate to customers?

From the second you walk in the door you know youve chosen the right store. Pleasant staff, plenty of ammo, plenty of hand guns and rifles to browse and buy, and good prices! If your looking for a great local store this is it.

Great first-time gun buying experience. The staff is super-DUPER friendly. I plan on buying all of my future guns from them. The prices are really good as well; I compared them with other shops. Ill update this review when I purchase my second gun from them.

One of the guy asked to show my firearms ID before he could show me the pistol i was interested in.. one other customer came and wasnt asked to show his. but he was kind enough to show me the firearms.

Went to this place to transfer a rifle in its leather case . Went to pick it up to find out the case is now missing . Which Keith one of the workers there said we never gave . But now he says come back in a week he is looking for it . Went back again and Still no case looking to give another one. This has been in the family for many years . I want what I left with them not a replacement. The people in in this place are not very trustworthy also very rude. How do you loose a case, you take something out you put it back. Bad bad service never again . This is still on going.4 people saw this go behind the counter in the case and in the box. Rifle never been fired saved many years.Ok so went there today with the Rahway police they had the nerve to tell the officer they threw out the case to the rifle are these people crazy, and now the police dept says we have to do a civil court thing hey what ever it takes .they are not getting away with this, how dare they what gives them the right to do something like this. The police did nothing. I will give an update

Lots of inventory and great customer service, answered all questions and concerns i had before purchasing .. only negative is on the website when looking for a specific gun to see if they have it in store is not updated, they probably do have it but its just not on the websites inventory so your better off personally going and seeing for yourself, but overall great experience !

Disappointed. Was told to come in to place a special order. When I got there to place the special order they tell me that their distributor was out of stock. Why couldnt they tell me that over the phone?

People who work here are a-holes. Called to ask if they could price-match a handgun, and was rudely interrupted mid-sentence by them saying NO. Wouldnt purchase any guns from here.
