Great staff, fair prices! I got a flat out of nowhere and these guys were nearby so I walked in. 15 minute wait time and then they plugged in my tire. Whole thing was over soon and it only cost me $15 bucks. I sat my butt on the big leather sofa and ate all their tootsie rolls in the meantime. Worth it!

Brought in my car not really knowing what was wrong with the AC and Shah and his team diagnosed the issue immediately. Got a new blower motor and air filters installed and got an oil change that was past due. Great service and I think it was a reasonable price considering parts for my car tend to be on the pricier side. Its been maybe two months now and I havent had any issues with my car yet!

I went to Quality 1st Auto Repair on a recommendation from a friend because my a/c hadn’t been working for months and I was literally dying of heat in my car. The mechanic had identified the problem within minutes and fixed it in no time and I was out of there within the hour. I was notified of everything happening step by step and explained what exactly was wrong with my car and how they fixed it. I also got recommendations of how to take care of my car better as well as where I can get items needed to maintain my car. 10/10 excellent service and excellent auto shop. Definitely recommend coming here for your auto repair desires.

On April 7th Quality 1st conducted an initial service on a BMW 5 series that I purchased from Jersey Car Direct on April 6th. According to the tech, an oil change, brakes, and overall evaluation was done to ensure that the vehicle was in safe condition, a legal requirement of the sale incident to safety. Shortly before Memorial Day weekend, the car threw a check engine light and I was told to bring it back to hear that I had a loose gas cap, fine. On June 6 the car threw a check engine light again. Jersey Car Direct would not respond to my email and after a brief phone call, very rude, advised I take the car back to there mechanic at Quality 1st. No time worked out, they dont have loaners, I could not leave the car, and could not take off from work. I was presented with an impossible situation. I ended up taking the car to Open Road BMW and was told the car had a bad intake valve hose among other things which cost $1,253. Its because of Jersey Car Direct and this shop that I had to significantly come out of pocket less than 6 months after buying the car and an initial service. Beware of doing business with these people and get everything in writing. I am pursuing legal action to recover my expenses.

Came to this shop after experiencing problems that couldnt be fixed by many auto repair shops. Luckily, somebody told me about this shop and as always, I was very skeptical about it since they have too many positive reviews. But I can assure u they’re pretty genuine in their work. I was recommended this repair shop from a friend when discussing a high estimate from my normal servicing shop regarding a loud whine the engine was making. While this place is a decent sized longer distance from my home, I’ll be returning here for future visits. The representatives were kind over the phone, and the estimate was accurate and much lower than I expected. Service was done promptly, and there hasn’t been any reoccurrence of the issue. They explained why the sound was made, and the alterations necessary to alleviate the noises!

It is the only place I’d consider going. The owners / management made the extra effort to contact me. It’s the right place for me.

I stumbled upon their website as I was looking for automotive shop that could cater to my day to day needs as my car is getting up on age and mileage. I booked an appointment for the last weekend and reached the garage and asked them to do an oil change and run a complete diagnostic on my car. After they ran the diagnosis they came back with analysis and explained it to me in the laymans term as to what needs to be looked immediately and what stuff could be pushed back to later. The cost of repair was cheap and was fully satisfied when I got out of there.This was a breath of fresh air as in the past pretty much any mechanic I went to wanted to make the quick buck right there and then. Will definitely going to recommend them to others.

They might be new to the area but this is family owned and run, which means they will treat you like kings. They have 30+years of experience from Brooklyn. I had engine light come on to my 2011 Audi A4. The car needed some major works like new water pump, valve cover gasket, coolant temp sensor, thermostat, spark plugs and etc. Due to delay in part delivery, it took two days to finish the work. But their top of the notch customer service catered to my needs. I live 2 miles away, they even dropped and picked me up. I think I found a mechanic I can trust and recommend! I believe I saved lots of money for getting my car fixed here.

I found these guys on google after a desperate search for a “good” mechanic. I am new to the area and didn’t know where to go. My car broke down two days prior due to a faulty AC compressor which also broke my belt so I couldn’t move my car from home. These guys picked up my vehicle at home with their towing service, fixed it and my car was ready to go on the next business day. Excellent, fast, professional and affordable service!!!

These guys are good! An unfortunate chance encounter driving through New Jersey left me with a broken alternator on the side of the road in an unfamiliar place (Im from North Carolina).
