We worked with Lucky on a kitchen renovation & we couldn’t be more pleased. Lucky provided us with free 3D images and design ideas, and he tweaked them until we were completely satisfied. Instile offers an array of cabinet options at various price points; we chose Newport by Adornus, and they arrived in less than 3 weeks. We also used Instile for our countertop fabrication, and the price to fabricate and install was very fair and our counters look gorgeous. We took a leap of faith because no one we knew had worked with Instile, but when we met with Lucky, walked the showroom, and realized his level of competence and responsiveness to emails and texts, we knew he was the right guy. It was an excellent choice; we are delighted with our cabinets, hardware, fabrication, and all the excellent service we received! We will, indeed, recommend Instile to our friends and family.

Tried coming down here from Monroe Twp based on a recommendation ( used them 3 years ago ) the estimate process was ok, average how do you like this how do you like that . Tried to get an quote from them to get the home loan process going and from that point there was zero interest. Said he was gonna email us, never did. I emailed them several times and had only gotten 1 response said sorry having computer problems . STILL never heard back from them. Very very poor customer service and its a shame they have nice product there .

They keep up to date and new products and provide great service.I have bought flooring multiple times and cabinets from them and I am very pleased with everything.

These guys are the best. I needed help and nobody else knew how to remedy my counter top situation. But Josh figured out exactly what I needed and helped me out right away! Excellent service. Highly recommend this company!!

Extensive selection,great service and good pricing under one roof.

If I could give ZERO stars that would be more accurate. Wrote them a 5 figure check in October 19 for cabinets. Multiple miss measurements lead to multiple delays and its now June 2020 and I still dont have a finished kitchen. NO compensation offered for any of their errors, NOTHING. Oh and we had to fire their recommended contractor for sheer stupidity and incompetence. If that sounds like an experience you want when re-modeling your kitchen then by all means have it otherwise, run, dont walk, as far away as you can from this clown show. Next stop Better Business Bureau.

A friend of mine recommended Instile and he told me I will go crazy and guess what he was right, there are so many many varieties of tiles, kitchen cub-boards, counter tops and many more to chose from. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the staff of Instile. Our remodeling presented some unique and difficult design considerations. As necessary this company worked within the confines of my challenging, outdated, pre-existing kitchen layout and bathrooms .The team of Instile and I worked to develop an innovative plan that met both my aesthetic requirements and our organizational objectives.
