We have been renting from cube smart for about 2 years. The staff, especially Dolores and Don, have always been extremely helpful, professional and friendly!

One of the friendliest, considerate, kind hearted manager Delores by far was very understanding, compassionate and kind. We had gotten lost and reached the storage at 6pm. Ive had storage space here for about 2 years and theyre fantastic. Im on the 2nd floor and got a call last week that the 3rd floor had a slight leak and for me to check mine just in case. The prices are abit high but its super local to me so its worth the process.

I pre-reserved the unit about 2 weeks away from my move-in date. The online reservation process was easy. Shortly after making the reservation, I was called to confirm the reservation and go over the additional details. When I came to move in, I was able to make adjustments to my reservation and was not penalized for doing so. The representatives at CubeSmart were all very knowledgable and helpful. The main offices were also very clean and I was offered an assortment of beverages. I would definitely use CubeSmart in the future.

Both Anna and John are great, they have made my storage experience wonderful, always accommodating my storage needs. Ive been storing my possessions at this locating interacting with Anna and John now for a few years and its the quality service that makes doing business with cube smart great!

Getting signed up and touring the place was quick and simple. The unit and facility was clean and the person in the office was very quick and efficient. The only problem that I experienced was after I finished unloading and attempted to leave the premises after the office closed, my pass code did not work and I was locked inside! So glad that it had a little life left on my cell phone to call customer service and get assistance with getting out!

JC was super helpful. I came in very last minute for my reservation and we was able to show me the unit in minutes.

Also, had great recommendations as to what to do and purchase being it is my first time dealing with a storage unit. We stored all our furniture at this location for many years as we were traveling overseas and we found the facilities to be always very clean and in great condition. We felt confident our belongings were safe. Dolores, the General Manager, is very professional, but also down to earth and extremely helpful. Shes patiently helped us over the years with renewal rates and payments over the phone as we called from remote locations with poor phone connections. This has been the best experience weve had at a storage facility and we highly recommend the Rahway location of CubeSmart.

I needed a storage unit with last minute urgency, and JC was extremely thorough and helpful with showing me my options and getting me set up with what I needed. My only complaint with the facility is that carts for customer use need to be managed better. Very hard to find one!

I had the best experience at this CubeSmart location in Rahway. JC was a huge help very nice and helpful and he got the job done. I will recommend my family and friends to use this location and go to JC for help he is very professional and handles his business.

I am very happy with CubeSmart because of the climate control. I originally got a small storage space and had to get a bigger one the next day. The transfer to the bigger storage went smoothly as far was paperwork was concerned. They have luggage carts available at the entry doors to assist with moving.My only complaint is I received a 10% discount when I initially reserved a storage and was informed the price would increase within 3-6 months. The rent is already pricy and to increase the the fee within 3-6 months is a little unreasonable. It should be done on a yearly basis.

That old man that works in the office is by far the rudest man that I have ever met. I will convince my grandma to move her business elsewhere. She needed his help last week and he brushed her off because he was smoking.The only reason I am giving a 3 is because of Dalores and Jay C. They really know how to assist customer. Dalores is an angel.

I just rented a storage unit yesterday and had an extremely pleasant experience. The rental agent was J.C. and he couldnt have been nicer. He went out of his way to make my wife and son comfortable and welcomed. He truly is an asset to Cubesmart.I would have given Cubesmart of Rahway a perfect score but didnt because the moving truck they offer to move your items in within the first 30 days was not available. Apparently it was damaged by a renter who got into an accident.I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage unit.
