Needed to ship unusual size package. Came in & got a quote... Returned 3 days later to same quote. Guys inside were pleasant personable and knowledgeable of there job. Shipping stuff sucks. These guys make it easy.

There were two employees working and neither of them were wearing masks. I didnt come here to possibly get exposure. To be honest that alone might be the reason I refrain from going here until appropriate safety procedures are actively in place. The experience was fine overall although it took longer than expected.

During the holiday rush the entire staff was very pleasant and kept that line moving. There were at least ten people waiting outside and i still got through the line and out the door in about 5 mins. Isaiah in particular had a great attitude and very positive energy during what must be an exhausting time of year for them. This was not my first experience here and everytime i get the same great service.

The man who is always there, his name is Isaiah, is such a good worker and very handsome. He knows what he’s doing and how to get the job done right! I highly recommend this ups store.

They charge $1 to tape my package closed even though my amazon return clearly states I just have to bring the item and the ups store will box, package,seal and ship the item free of charge. My item was boxed but left open. They said they would of charged me for a box too if I didn’t have one. Clearly not following Amazon’s guidelines.

Horrible Customer service, very nasty! no assistance what so ever, highly recommend not to use this location and request for the guy working now to be fired..nasty, i am a csr manager and he needs to be let go asap. The young men are polite, friendly, yet unprofessionnal. One person read out loud the details of an email that I had sent. It was pages of personal information that I wanted to print. They will help other customers before completing your transaction.

This branch has the most annoying customer service employee. Always makes a stupid joke and tries to be funny. I understand that some people might enjoy that but it gets tiring after a while.

So I happened to see a bad review from a disgruntled customer. He is absolutely wrong. Isaiah and Robert were nothing but professional. I have been using these Guys for ever and they always go above and beyond.

Arrived at 6:30 pm to drop off three packages was told “I can’t take them” by the young employee. Luckily the UPS guy Ronnie was at the store and was happy to take the packages. Great service by the UPS driver as always but the store did not want to be bothered to do their job.

I started to sell stuff on Mercari to make money while fighting for disability.Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and helpful for whatever I need when I am there. I have personally dealt with Isaiah, Allaeddin, and Ahmad. These people that have helped me have been extraordinarily nice. Id go out of my way to go to this location if I lived further away.

Person working here was nice and talkative. Process went well. Small but organized store with many services such as Notery, fingerprint etc

A.O is the nickname I gave these two young men for such quality service. Allaeddin & Omar were so exceptional during my visit that they deserve far more than a thank you or a smile. When I saw the waiting line my initial reaction was oh no - but believe me - an A.O. line is worth the wait. I saw a line of 5 people disappear with ease ! The service was such an eye opener I nearly lost my mind when Allaeddin provided a secondary option to pay since my debit card was malfunctioning. He simply asked me to type in my card number. Yes - this may sound petty but his swiftness with how he handled my request was pin point accurate of Perfect Service. UPS needs to provide these gentlemen with a healthy bonus, raise or some incentive for their diligence. Hard working people with a solid attitude for pride in their works is hard to come these days. As I needed notary, Allaeddin handled that matter with ease. Did I mention that I as informed that if my overnight shipment does not arrive on time that I would be entitled to a refund. Humans, listen to me I was treated as if I was the only person in the office - meanwhile these guys awareness and quality of service is 2nd to none. I will most definitely do all my business with them especially when it comes to notary or referring others where to go. I would love to write more but Please pay the a visit and witness Greatness for yourself. If I was an undercover BOSS each of them would have college scholarships and a $5,000 cash advance for a car down payment. Thats it - time to go to work. Thanks A.O. you guys are the best !!!

Today around 3:40 pm I was go to this store. I wanna send package to Montreal Canada . The guy his behavior was very bad 👎 and his scale ⚖ turned off and he gave me wrong estimate like $170 without scale my item. He annoying. and also not respect ups costumers .

Over double the price of actual UPS rates, charges whatever they feel like. WAY overpriced. Do yourself a huge favor and buy your postage online, or go to the UPS depot in Edison. I learned the hard way.
