I have been at all the Middle Eastern stores in the RDU area and I think this is one of the best ones. While the space is a bit tight and not very well organized, they do have a good selection of goods with reasonable to competitive prices. I havent eaten there, so I cant comment on the quality of their food at this time.

If you have not gone to this place, do go! I stopped in to pick up my aleppo/ghar soap, toothpaste, perfumed oils, and spices, all of which made wonderful gifts for a friend there in Cary. That aleppo soap made me retire all of my Clinique skincare products. It is an amazing all body soap.

Just had the brioni rice (I know thats not how to spell it 😆) and the samosa they were absolutely delicious and fresh tasting although a bit spicy. And the rita was absolutely amazing its so delicious I could just drink it plain! Nice staff awesome store with tons of yummy treats not normally sold in America.

Every time I stop by here I come out with a full cart of goods. I love it because it has three things in one place the restaurant, meat department,and the grocery store all in one place good customer service definitely recommend this place

Great store and the staff service is also great. You have a resturant located inside with a meat section and a grocerry section located all under one roof. The store is clean and in great shape. Alot of variety to choose from especially all the different breads. The only bad is parking if you come on busy time. Great location though and it is worth a second trip .

Only place weve found Afghan bread. Nice selection of meats in butcher shop. Grab a few yummy samosas for the ride home.

Great selection of Mediterranean, North African and Indian food stuffs. Lots of imports you cant get elsewhere. I get my fresh injera here. Lots of other fresh middle eastern breads too. Take out food is great as well.

Worst meat shop customer service, i think the owner is not monitoring the worker there properly.. not at all sanitised properly, not at all worth waiting in the line for long.. AL KARIM is the best meat shop in the area, it’s worth waiting there.

Good little store

They have the best biryani in town and they always have other things I go there to purchase. They are a small building but they pack a big punch for their patrons.

I usually never wrote a review but for this they made me to do so by their meat shop. I wondered this place has good rating and visited this store for meat. But the worst experience I have with meat shop owner behavior. The meat department was disappointing the owner on the meat side was rude and disrespectful. I have been waiting for 30 min in queue he was taking order of a just arrived person(known person to the owner) leaving all the people in line very much disappointed with his behavior. Finally ended up not purchasing because of of behavior and rudeness when he denied to serve fresh meat. Not worth going to this place I would have rated zero star if available.

This little market has unique cuts of meat including rabbit and duck and even beef legs which are amazing in a stew/soup such as nihari. Very unique place. Check it out!

We come here for great pita and similar breads. They also have fruit jams that are incredibly good. Their strawberry and blackberry jams from Turkey have richer flavors than Smuckers, for example.

Lately due to Mr. Walids management Al-Madina has really transformed and is bustling with products. The shelves are well stacked and many items are on the shelves unlike before. Al-Madina has made a real contribution back. Keep the good work

Wonderful diverse selection of goods

Thess guys are eally making it so much better, before anytime I visit the customer service was bad and weak but my last 4 times now the store is really clean and organize and I feel really welcomed I wouldnt mind the drive of 40 mins to get what i need from that store very friendly and professional .

All staffs, particularly Adam is very honest, helpful, and friendly. However, there is a new staff who seemed to be very impatient with us and we didnt find him trustworthy.

Location is small, parking is sometimes a pain but 5 stars for some of the freshest meat Ive seen. Their meat and produce dept is incredibly fresh. Nice selection of items that are harder to find elsewhere. Their Gyros are amazing!

I have to downgrade my rating because while their meat is good quality, their service is not consistent. We drive quite a distance to them and twice they forgot to pack our order. Plus they leave excessive fat on the chicken and then charge for it.

My husband and I drive 1.5 hours every two to three weeks to buy meat. The people at the counter are very helpful and the meat is very high quality. While there we always order from the restaurant, and we are never disappointed! The shawarma is the best in NC.

BEWARE STALE MEAT !!! I ordered goat leg and it came out to be STALE MEAT !! I think these people are whole sellers and never cared about small orders ! It was a mix of older meat and literally stale !

I really wasnt sure if they were just a market to purchase groceries or not but I was in a hurry so I stopped in and they have a counter/kitchen to order food. I had the chicken shawarma and it was really good! Also ordered a pita and hummus. They also have a meat counter/grocery store to browse while I waited for my order. No line, quick in and out! I will be back.

Ive been shopping here for eight years. The service and products are very good. The products are a little over priced. They consistently have had good clean and fresh halal meat both normally and for Eid. The meat does sometime come in a little late for Eid but its clean and decently priced. For fresh food offered, I highly recommend the shawarmas!! Both chicken and beef shawarmas are juicy and fresh. My only compliant is that they could be bigger for the price ($5.75). They also have seasonal items like the baklava (SO good, not the best Ever but definitely a treat at .75 cents each). Its also fun to try the products from Arabic speaking countries like differnt types of olives, cheeses and choclates, look at the hookah display, and explore the bread section. Overall, Ive been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so. If the prices were a little lower, I would probably buy more in general.
