I brought my 2015 GSX-s750 because cooling fan was not working and these guys got me in and out in short time. When I brought in my bike it had been worked on previously be a mechanic who could not figure out what was wrong and thanks to these guys that they took over someone else’s project and fixed the issue. It was my first time at tapped our cycles and I don’t know a lot about these guys but having a short conversation with Jeb And Trevor let me know that they are very skillful. I called around 12 pm and asked when I could schedule to get my fork seals replaced. I was told the wait would only be a week and a half which is great seeing as how team power sports said they were booked a month out. After explaining that I have a group ride tomorrow to raise money for the medical bills of a coworker who was injured in a bike accident the staff said they would take care of me today. Not only did they do the job right in a timely manner, it was also a better price than team power sports quoted me. They also had the front tire I had been looking for and replaced that for me as well as balancing the wheel and tire. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone needing their bike serviced.

These guys came highly recommended by several of my riding buddies. Mostly those that are part of the WMC. Jeb, Trevor and the guys helped me out selecting a set of tires for my R3. I originally was requesting some expensive sticky tires but made a much better decision based on my driving habits. Not only are the tires better suited for me but they are cheaper. These guys genuinely want you to be happy. They couldve easily just sold me the expensive tires I originally requested but they didnt. They got me what I needed and I appreciate that and will return!

Jeff took good care of me. Had a ATV that wouldnt start. I went over the basics myself air, spark, fuel couldnt get it going. Called on a Friday to schedule appt. told me it would be the following Wednesday until he could get to it. Wednesday came around I dropped it off before hours on my way to work and he called about 3 pm that afternoon and he had it running like new. I was expecting it to be in the shop a couple days. Fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Got the job done fast and at an affordable rate! I will definitely go back if needed in the future!

The work I had done on my Vulcan 750 was done in a timely manner and was well worth it, my bike runs like a champ now and I feel a lot more confident riding it. The quality of service was awesome. Jeb has the best motorcycle shop in the local area. He is upfront about everything, prices are great. He does excellent work and he takes a few minutes and chats with me every time. Take your Harley there and any other type of bike or jet ski. Just call ahead cause it is a small shop and the secret is out on him so there may be a little wait time but not much.

1998 BMW K1200RS - Provided the following service: (a) an Annual type of service (oil, coolant, transmission fluid, brake flush, plus general maintenance), (b) repair / replacement of rear brake hydraulic line that was a source of my rear brake leak / problem, (c) replaced 2 bushings in the drive train that removed all slack / lash I thought was just the nature of the bike, and (d) fixed my loose quick-release turn signal pods / housings. Thanks, Jeb and Warren. You guys did a fantastic job on my bike. It runs so much smoother and more responsively with the work you did on the drive. It feels like a new bike now. The brakes are also 110%. Thanks also for the fix on the turn signal pods - which you detected without me requesting this. Brought in my Ducati 848 because I was having issues with my rear brake and after several attempts to fix it on my own, I decided to have someone more qualified take a look at it. They were able to diagnose and resolve the issue within a couple of hours. Jeb was very nice and thoroughly explained what the issue was and how they fixed it. Overall everyone was very friendly over the phone and in person. I will definitely be coming back for my future servicing needs.

Decided to get a new set of tires and some accessories put on as well. Great service, great people, cool shop. I was planning to sell the bike but now its running so smooth I might keep it!

He has done excellent work on both of the bikes I have brought him in the past. Jeb communicates better than any other shop Ive worked with, and he had my bike repaired and running better than ever in half the time expected. He found the reason water was running into my gas tank was because ants had decided to build a nest in my drainage pipe when other mechanics thought it was a bad seal on the cap. Excellent experience at Tapped Out. Jeb is truly a great guy to deal with; genuine, honest, and nice. Took my vintage Honda CB to him and, with his diagnosis and work, it is now running great. I am new to the hobby, so, it is great to find an honest person to do business with without the fear of being ripped off. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to address the problems. He has worked on my bike twice. The second time was a little unexpected and, at first, he was unsure as to what the issue was. When I dropped the bike off, he was working on a other project, but, took the time to welcome me and he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and seemed genuinely interested in figuring out the problem as if it were his own bike. I will absolutely go back....I just hope I wont have to for a bit at least.

Tapped Out Cycles is a top-notch shop. The owner Jeb has helped with the maintenance on my 2005 Yamaha VStar 1100 including everything from simple work like oil changes to more involved repair such as the starter clutch. The service has always been performed in a timely manner and at a more-than-competitive cost. Before I met Jeb, I had the starter clutch quoted at several shops because its a relatively expensive repair and no other shop could touch his price. The bike is over 10 years old and it runs like a top thanks to Tapped Out. Plus, its always great to do business with an independent company who is heavily invested in their reputation.

I have to admit I was reluctant about taking my new-to-me Softail to a small shop like his, but after reading so many positive reviews and a quick drive by, I figured Id try them out. Had a leaking tube and Jeb got it replaced the same day I brought it in. Tube ended up being a little more expensive than he quoted me so he just knocked it off the labor cost. I cannot think of a shop that would also do that. Jebs enthusiasm and great work made him my go to mechanic from now on.
