Ive been taking all of my vehicles to AMS for a few years now and they are always fantastic--great service, friendly, communicative, fair and honest. Work is always done quickly and conveniently, even if I drop the car off overnight or 10 mins before they close. They have saved me twice from situations other shops have put me in. My husband and I have gone to AMS Service for several years. Theyve done everything from regular maintenance to state inspections to window tint on our 2008 335i BMW, 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, and 2019 Mazda 3. They also are very adept at handling insurance claims and we used them when one of cars was rear-ended and when a tree fell on another. Both times the cars came back looking and running as good as new!The team is friendly, competent, and great at what they do. They clearly explain what work is needed and what everything will cost. They also work hard to save you money and go the extra mile with whatever work you need done.

We live in Greensboro, but we take our 2008 BMW convertible to AMS to be serviced because its worth it. Honest, reasonable and meticulous. They treat our car like they would their own. Highly recommend.

Short Review: If I could give 10 Stars I would! This place gives me faith and confidence that theres honest and good people in the world. I have NEVER been more pleased with a business in my life. PLEASE I BEG YOU if you need auto repair go here, you wont be disappointed.Long Detailed Review: I purchased a vehicle in 2018 from Carmax (DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE) I started to realise the car would stall out so I only had a 30-Day warranty (another mistake) so I took it back to Carmax explained the problem they kept the car for 3 Days and called and said they drove it, hooked a machine to it and couldnt find anything wrong. They said just drive it and it should he fine. I dont know anything about cars and I trusted them (another mistake). Everything was going good for a few months, I had it stall out 1 or 2 times within those few months. Then about 6 months into having the car it started stalling more and more and more. I eventually stopped driving it for a few months because I didnt have the money for repairs. Finaly, I took it to AMS explain led the problem. THE EXACT PROBLEM that it orginally had when I took it back to Carmax. They were extremely nice did a diagnosis and called back with bad news. It would cost $1,000 for repairs (which carmax should have seen) So I sucked it up thankfully I had the money and paid it. I picked the car up it ran great and still runs great. Then I was driving out of state and no where near Raleigh, NC and a bracket comes loose from the Fuel tank which AMS fixed. The screw hole was stripped. I had to take it to a new Auto Shop and they estimated $400 for repairs due to having to remove the gas tank. I contacted AMS and explained what happened and to my amazement they wanted to do ANYTHING they could do to help. They ultimately refunded me $200 towards my bill. This is an example of going above and beyond for your customers. I have NEVER been more pleased with a business in my life.

Josh, Alex, Robert and the rest of the team at AMS are extremely knowledgable and professional! They answer any and all questions and are upfront about all of their services offered and prices. They have all’s called me for updates on any repairs and will ensure I am comfortable with all of the information before doing anything. I have been going to them for years now as a result. The only shop Ill ever take a vehicle to. You can trust them to do good work and not try to get over on you or extra money out of you. Labor rates are great, and work is done quick. Cant beat it.

The day after I bought my car it began to have problems. I called the shop back and let them know. They told me to bring the car in. They figured out the problem & fixed it. They also loaned me a car while my car was getting worked on so I could go to work. This is the best place I’ve ever gotten a used car from. Also have the greatest staff. Will definitely recommend to others.

Sold me a headache. Told me check engine light was a low battery reading. Turns out it was 2 misfires in coils, cooling system failure runs hot basically. Heat dont work. An engine is full of moisture causing spark plugs to be drowned in water. Just kill yourself before going there, maybe God can drag out the truth in those folks.

I dropped my car off for overheating diagnostics last week. The job was done quickly and properly. AMS is the only place I trust to work on my baby.

I was told by a worker they work on Chyrsler 200. I had my girlfriend drive her car from Creedmoor just to have them look at it. When she and I met at AMS the guy I spoke to went on vacation. Then the manager quoted her $100 Just to look at her Chrysler 200. We knew it had a leak but could not see where it was coming from. All we needed was to have AMS see where the oil leak was coming from No more, No less. She drive her car only to be turned back to Creedmoor.She eventually got it looked at for $40 At Firestone.My girlfriend will not trust me when referral to have her car looked at due to this fast talking, bait-n-switch manager at AMS.
