I cant say enough good things about this location!! After going to another company where I was given a ridiculous price for two tires, I ran across this Meineke and thought Id give them a try. They saw me right before closing and were incredibly nice and accommodating. After being told they would stay to replace my tires, I agreed they could keep the car overnight as long as I could get it the next morning to drive to work. They kept their promise that they could do that. They also kept my husband and me informed through the whole process. I will definitely be going to them first with any car questions or repairs

Very pleased with entire experience. While fixing a separate issue, they proactively identified a previous repair that was still under warranty that needed replacement, and immediately replaced the part. Timely and great customer service

This location has the friendly mechanics Ive ever met! They were incredibly prompt, worked with us on what repairs were needed and payment.I will regularly be bringing my vehicle for maintenance here and if anything should happen, I can rest easy knowing everything will be fixed quickly, at a good price and by good people.

Dropped by to have a brake light replaced & tire light diagnostic. Aaron was very professional & fixed both issues. I needed a new tire to pass inspection & they were able to install & inspect. Total time was only about 30 minutes. Very pleased with their service & will definitely go back.

What can I say? This shop is totally unprofessional. I would need ample room to tell my story. I started off very much dissatisfied but the situation was rectified. My occurrences with this location has caused me so much stress and consternation in the process. Customer service, professionalism and integrity, has escape this particular location. My advice is to save more money and go to your dealership for repairs. As of now this company...Meineke has proven to me that when they claim theyve done the work....theres a good chance they havent done it but theyll say they have and charge you. No longer a customer. Good luck to you if youre reading this and decide to still do business with these folks. Maybe youll walk away clicking your heals. :/

Aaron and Jason are SUPERB professionals. My partner and I frequent this location due to their excellent customer service, timeliness of services, organized filing system and welcoming demeanor. Their techs are spectacular and the quality of work is always top notch. I wont go anywhere else in the Raleigh area except Meineke on Six Forks!

The actual service does not match what they tell you over the phone. i was told 3 times my car would be completed and each time i was told they made a mistake on their end and it would need to be delayed. I understand mistakes happen but 3 separate times?2 stars because theyre wonderful over the phone and seem to wanna rectify the issue but then the service does not match

Brought my car in today for a transmission flush after the dealer quoted a very high price. They were very professional, drove the car, and recommended that it be checked out by a transmission service center as they did not want to damage the transmission at all. I was impressed as they could have easily just done the transmission flush and taken my money, but instead they were honest and upfront. I do almost all of my maintenance work at this Meineke and I have always been happy with the work they do.

As a walk-in I was treated respectfully right from the start, with kindness and humor too! I was not expecting that…I was pleasantly surprised. They prices shocked me, not just for myself but other quotes to other patrons, in a very good way.!!! This place is honest, professional, knowledgeable, kind, etc, etc, etc. Don’t hesitate to experience it!

This is one the most unprofessional car care places I have ever encountered. The mechanics do not know what they are doing and give inconsistent updates. There is also zero customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am shocked they are able to stay in business. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN! I ended up with an overpriced mess fooling with them. If I could give zero stars for their horrible job I would.

The mechanics seem really tight with each other & more focused on their dog, lunch, etc. After my oil change, had an oil leak when I got home. Nothing major (they checked) but after that 2nd visit, realized that the mechanic hadnt properly closed the hood of my car. I dont need anything over and above. Just what I came in for.

Friendly and competent staff. Very communicative and prompt with completing my services. Thankful they found the issue and fixed my air. I will return for other services.

I came by to ask if they could do a vehicle inspection, an employee came to look at my car and broke a side mirrorWhen I asked for the $15 to replace the glass...a manager became very sarcastic...telling me I obviously was more important than his other customers.I have been in business over 30 years...I would not treat my customers this way

I had been told at the dealership that I only had 4 mm brake pad and that I should change them front and back for a total cost of $500. When I called Meineke with a 50% coupon it was only $300 for lifetime pads. However once inspected the pads they told me in good conscience that I should not change them yet. I got a brake flush and my brakes are day 1 quality.

They made me feel like family. I felt I could trust them. All I had this time was a state inspection but plan to come back in the future. Plus easier to park. The other place I used to go to shared a parking lot.

These guys were great! I did not have an appointment and just popped in one morning and they took care of me. I had an oil change, state inspection, tire rotation and balance, new wipers, and they repaired a broken nozzle for my windshield wiper fluid. They stayed in contact with me letting me know what was going on. Highly recommend these guys. The cost of all the work didn’t break the bank either.

Friendly, courteous staff. Service was professional and on schedule. I had the opportunity to watch a staff member deal with another customer while I was there one time. Lets just say I was impressed and I hope that customer was as well.

My tire was losing pressure and honestly this was the closest place to me. They got me right in even though they were busy. Discovered a nail in my tire but more importantly, a tear in the sidewall. They quickly found a tire exactly like the ones they had. I was in and out in around an hour. These guys are awesome!!

Primarily state inspection but also tire rotation & oil change. They did the jobs pretty quickly & were extremely nice & professional. It was the first time I used this place but I WILL go back. Very pleased with their service!

Aaron was very upfront and informative about the services that my truck needed. I also appreciated his flexibility when I requested to drop off before I had originally told him and he made sure that there was a loaner vehicle for me. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because of the malodorous Honda that I was leant. Luckily, the service at Meineke is fast and I didnt need it long. I hope I dont need any more work done any time soon but if I do, Ill go back. Thank you, Aaron.

Could not be more impressed with not only the car repair but the professionalism and customer service.My biggest fear as a woman is walking into an auto shop and paying out the nose for nonessential items.My old Toyota Camry has over 300k miles and I suspected I needed to get my shocks replaced .The awesome guys at Meineke actually diagnosed it as a whole different issue entirely and my car is driving smoother than it has in years. They could have just replaced what I had asked for but that would have left my car with the same issue as well as borderline unsafe. Saved me time and money. That’s for dang sure.I am a truly loyal customer now and won’t take my car in anywhere but here.Thank you again so much!!

NC inspection. Called for appointment and done on time. No long wait

I took my car in for yearly inspection. The technician called to tell me it was “almost ready” but before they took it off the lift there were several “issues” that I needed fixed…spark plugs, old dirty brake fluid & power steering fluid etc. since my car has 129K miles on it…I explained to the technician that I take my car into the dealership at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh EVERY 5K miles and have maintenance records for the past 11 years…I called my service technician at the dealership and sure enough ALL OF THE ISSUES mentioned were performed at my last service 6 months ago!! He asked me to take pictures of spark plugs, brake fluid etc. but by the time I got back (less than 10 minutes) they had taken my car down & had it ready for pick up! When I told them all services were performed and asked to take pictures they started making excuses & backpedaling….I will never use their services and want others to BEWARE & NOT LET THEM take advantage or “up-sell” on a routine inspection!

They were the best price in town for tires. Really fast and curteous too. Id definitely recommend them and Ill be back again.

This was one of the fastest, most professional experience I’ve had getting my car serviced. I traditionally have all service performed at the dealership but I thought I would give Meineke a try. I saved $150 on brake work over the dealer’s price. The manager and staff were professional and courteous.

Generally good experience, but price on oil change given at pick up was more than $20 higher than expected & advertised and 23 point inspection results were not provided. Price was adjusted when I questioned it. Called about inspection results; no answer.

Great experience, for me in on a busy day and got brake work done while I waited. Wish it was a bit cheaper, but thats Raleigh.

I came in 20 minutes before closing with a very low tire that wouldn’t hold air. Danny, the technician, and Aaron, the manager - gentlemen both - happily investigated the problem despite the fact that they had stopped accepting new business a few minutes before I pulled in. They weren’t able to locate a leak or other reason for the problem, so they inflated the tire, told me what my options were should the tire go down again, and didn’t charge me a penny for keeping them late. THIS is what terrific customer service looks like. Thanks, guys!

I took my pickup in for a brake issue that was discovered by another company. Meineke had replaced my rear brakes 34 months and 7k miles earlier. The pads carry a lifetime warranty which is pretty much useless. The manager was very nice and polite but I got no relief financially for a service that should have lasted much longer than 7k miles. As a side note, when the pads and rotors ($529) were replaced I was told the ball joints and tie rod ends needed replacing. This other company told me my ball joints were fine but I needed one tie rod end. The manager at Meineke told me they could find nothing wrong with the tie rods or ball joints. This is the same Meineke that told me 34 months and 7k miles ago that my ball joints and tie rods were bad. I cannot recommend this company due to the obvious. Buyer beware

I had a huge roofing nail in the rear tire of my Toyota 4 Runner. I pulled in at the last minute at 4 pm and asked if they could fix my tire. The parking lot was full of vehicles and it looked pretty busy. They front desk guy and another guy up front got me right in. They fixed my tire and I was in and out of there in a little over thirty minutes! Great customer service from everyone that worked there! Definitely a wonderful team that works well together.

This was my first time at Meineke. Although I only had a state inspection performed, the scheduling was easy, the staff pleasant, and the work done professionally. In normal times and based on my recent experience I would have Meineke do all of my repair and maintenance work. However, being a senior citizen, I was sensitive to the fact that the waiting room is very small and staff did not wear masks -- all leading to my sense of needing to get in and out quickly. If Meineke could somehow more effectively address these concerns, theyd have a customer for life. However, if these issues dont bother you, I have no hesitancy to recommend them.

I have used this location for many years. They will make an appt, get you in and out quickly and do a great job. Fadi is the one who helped with my oil change and tire rotation during my visit yesterday and helped me use a coupon I found on the Meineke app. Give them a try!

This location does not wear masks inside the office space. I can kind of understand no masks in the garage but the receptionist should absolutely be wearing one and same with the mechanics when they come inside.Additionally they said tire inflation came with an oil change, but I checked afterwards and the tires on the left side of my car were 5 psi under.

We are so pleased with the service we received. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, get in the part, and make the repair. I went to this location years ago and was unhappy with the service. I heard they were under new management so I tried them again. Definitely worth it!

I visited this location for a state inspection on my husbands car. The service was fine, however not a single employee was masked. I could see an exception for the mechanics since theyre out in the very hot garage, but the young gentleman in the office/waiting room made absolutely no attempt (not even a mask hanging off his chin or within eyesight). As someone with high risk loved ones whom Id like to see live through the year, I wont be back to this or likely any other Meineke.And owner please dont respond to this as you have all of the other reviews to say you take this seriously and are escalating it. Thats obviously not true so please dont insult my intelligence. Were done here.

Came here with an element fleet vehicle and needed some maintenance and repairs.They worked around my schedule, communicated well, and did quality work.

Since they were not able to get the part needed in store, despite calling the day be before my appointment to let them know the problem, they were unable to get the part the day of my appointment. Because of this I had to schedule a way home last minute. When asked for what time to plan to come back the next day the time given was 6 hours earlier than when the car was actually ready. Upon getting in my car the wipers (part of the system impacted in the repair) were installed at the wrong position so they impede my view while driving. Now I have to schedule a new appointment for this to be fixed.Upon arriving home and looking to see if I could quickly adjust the blades myself, I also see a crack in my windshield that I had not seen there previously so I’ll have to follow up on this also.Normally when I’ve used this location there has been good communication when a delay has caused the repair to run long, but each time I was given for the part to arrive and them to call me passed with no call which led to me calling them (since I was trying to schedule transportation). Not my best experience.

This is an excellent place. I highly recommend them as does other family members. They are fairly priced and service is provided in a timely manner. Friendly, courteous and honest as well.

I made an appointment to get my muffler fixed, showed up at the time of my appointment, and was told they werent going to be able to fix it that day because they were all booked up. What is the point of making an appointment? Why couldnt you have called to let me know before I drove to your store? Go somewhere that values their customers time.

The work they did on the car was fine. I’m leaving a poor review because nobody was wearing a mask. No attempt to remain distant and no respect for the health/safety of others.

I had repair work done on my 2002 ford ranger and I was more than satisfied with the service of the staff at the forum drive facility. I have other repair work to be done and I will be returning to allow this shop to perform any future repair. I rate their service. They replaced parts to the exhaust system. I’m grateful for their work. I shall be returning soon

Meineke Failure: As with many cars, there is a large plastic panel covering the bottom of my engine. It must be removed and reinstalled to complete an oil & filter change. After each oil change, I check to make sure the panel is reinstalled correctly. Meineke failed to reinstall all the bolts, stripped at least 3 of them and just left those loose. It appears that they also damaged an adjacent panel, possibly by using an air impact wrench to reinstall the bolts instead of a hand wrench. You can judge a persons honesty by what they do when youre not looking. They clearly assumed I wouldnt look and took advantage of that by doing sloppy work. Most consumers are clueless about these things, but I used to earn a living repairing cars and know better. Only a handful of auto shops in Raleigh are any good. Sadly, this isnt one of them.

Got an all wheel alignment for my SUV. I was pretty happy they were able to get me in the same day I called. A few days later I bought 4 new tires that came with a free alignment check from Blacks tire and auto services. All of my tires needed realignment which should not have been the case as I had only driven my vehicle twice since Id gotten them aligned. Blacks ended up doing the alignment for free which was really nice of them!

This was my 1st time using Meineke. Appointment setting was easy and I got in when desired. They were friendly and professional, took me right away and finished quickly. I was only there for my inspection but appreciated their pleasant and comfortable waiting room. I would use Meineke again as needed.

The meineke on forum drive has been absolutely outstanding to me. They go above and beyond for customer service and I 100% trust them and their services. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone and will exclusively take my vehicle to them.

I have always thought highly of this Meineke...the service is impeccable; however, I am troubled that both gentlemen, on 2 different occasions at the front counter were not wearing masks.

Called at 9 AM for a Noon appointment for a NC DMV inspection. Aaron said bring it in! I did and they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. BRAVO!

The front desk service was excellent but the technician who service my vehicle did not cover the driver seat, gear shift or the mat. Oil was left on the mat, gear shift and steering wheel.

I have been using Meineke for several years. They have always had great service managers. Time to time when they change you get nervous, are you going to get the same experience and it never fails, they are still awesome. Travis has been absolutely wonderful, my daughter who gets nervous has been put at ease by his warm personality and professionalism.Travis takes great care of his customers. Rod is always very helpful and friendly keeping you up to date with the care of your car.Sometimes it is hard to find a place to service your car where you feel they really care. Harvest station Meineke is the place......

These guys did a great job. Found out what was wrong, provided a solution, and did the work at the absolute best value possible. I do a lot of work myself on my car. I never felt like they were not being fair in this process.

I will never go to a different location! They were very professional and fitted me into their busy schedule. The most impressive part of my visit was overhearing them talk about their other clients. It was very evident that they strive for excellence with the client’s interest in mind.

Sorry I cant give any higher than two stars because they left one of the old Parts they took off underneath the hood on top of the brake fluid reservoir. I was pretty shocked to see that but was not surprised see seeing that I did get work done from a chain store like Meineke. Apart from that the guy I talked to and dealt with James was very nice and it does seem that they did the work that they charged me for.

They will get the job done, just expect to be nickel and dimed. Honest prices but they like to add things on at the end or on your followup that wasnt explained fully. Had an A/C that wasnt blowing so I paid for the free a/c check. What they dont tell you is that they dont even check anything they tell you before looking at your car that you will have to pay for a vent and recharge. And when I came back since it was still not blowing cold air they said all they would do is open the hood and look at the top and if they didnt see any dye they would need to do another purge and recharge. I told them I didnt appreciate their order of operations and that I could do a visual check that wouldnt cost me 70 dollars just to move to check the compressor. So I check at home and they overfilled my A/C line with coolant purge some coolant, compressor comes on just fine. So they messed up and wanted to charge me another round of refrigerant and then a diagnostic check on the compressor. So they wont be getting any of my 4 cars back there for routine maintenance and lost out on business because the guy seemed so lazy at the front (not one of the regular managers) that he didnt even want to look at my car. Also not one time during the pandemic did I see any of the guys wear a mask in the office.

I was able to schedule an appointment for inspection a few hours before and I was out within 30 minutes! I definitely recommend coming here, they are very nice.

I would like to give you 5 stars because the actual service to my car was great. HOWEVER- upon arriving I almost left the establishment. And in hindsight I probably should have. There were no measures being taken to protect customers from the spread of COVID-19. No masks, no barriers. I do not know if they cleaned the inside of my car after being in it to service it?? So I did that myself before driving away. I’m very disappointed that at point of entry there was no barrier and no employee was wearing a mask. I would have turned around and walked out but I had to make a long distance trip immediately and had to have service.

When I walked in I was greeted with a very friendly smile and asked how they could help me! I needed 2 back brakes and One new tire on the Front, plus an A State inspection. It was a large job and it took awhile . I noticed that they work as a team to get Job done ✅ very Pleased.

Took my car in for a oil change and inspection. I was told the car would be ready in approximately one hour, after an hour and a half I called on the progress and was told they didnt have a oil filter for my vehicle and it would be another 15 to 30 minutes to complete and I would be called as soon as it was done. It was another two hours before I got a call my vehicle was ready for pick up. So the one hour turned into more than four hours !
