Im pleased with the service and professionalism of this business. They completed a console upholstery job for me and it saved me so much money. The dealership required me to purchase an entire console when it was only the top wearing out. I plan to go back for additional work. Thank you to the staff here for all that you did to make this experience a 5 star.

Their work appears to be professionally done and in a timely manner. I would suggest anyone using this business needs to get a written detailed estimate upfront that includes labor and materials. If they offer/need to do additional repairs/service make sure you get an adjusted written estimate. My bill went from 600.00 to 1200.00 without an adequate explanation.

I hope I dont need their services again but if I ever do I wouldnt hesitate to return. Very professional and considerate of the current health situation on drop off. They kept me up to date on the progress and performed the repairs I needed quickly and for a bit less than I had expected. The quality of work seems great and they even cleaned up a bit of my messy trucks carpet. There wasnt anything about my experience that wasnt truly 5-star worthy... and no they didnt request a review.

Very professional and got the job done! I had been trying to get my carpet cleaned in the back flooring of my car since last year but failed and companies would tell me that it wasn’t a guaranteed it would come out. (I got red Koolaid all on the floor and wood stain🤦🏽‍♀️) After thinking how can i make my car look good again, i looked into replacing the carpet. Found this place on google and called for a quote. The guy was so nice and helpful. He looked up my car and even called me back later on that date when he found the carpet type for my vehicle. Picked a date and here i am LOVING the inside of my car again! It looks like a brand new car! I’m extremely pleased. They said they needed it for Tuesday and Wednesday, i dropped my car off on that Monday and on Wednesday morning they called me and said they were done. Just awesome. I’ll highly recommend!!!

She was rude and when I called to let her know I never received an email on paperwork I’d asked For she tells me well I emailed it and it’s probably in your spam ok I understand that but at the end of the conversation I said thank you and she hangs up in my face. Took my wifes 2016 Honda Accord here several years back to get a small part of the drivers seat sown up. They did good work for a little over $250. Two months ago I called up and asked about bringing in my 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser to have the front seats replaced, the sunroof repaired, and the steering wheel wrapped. I was told to bring it in about a week later because thats when they would be able to look at it. I set the appointment and when that day came, I dropped off my car and ran through what I was looking for. Four days later they still had the car but I had not heard from them so I stopped by and asked. They told me they had looked at it but were behind on pricing the work out, but would do it in a day or so and get back to me. I understand things get busy so I kept the car there. A week later I still had not heard from anyone so I stopped by again and was given another excuse on why they were behind on pricing out the work. Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said since all they had to do was price out the work I would take my car but please call me when youve got the quote and then Ill bring it back to be worked on. Well, that was about a month ago and they havent contacted me. At this point, I think its fair to say my business was not a priority or concern for them. Im not sure why...All in all, it was a frustrating experience.

They replaced the top on my convertible three years ago. Went back yesterday due to a small leak that had developed at the back edge.

The sunroof glass on my BMW was shattered and my insurance referred me to this company for the repair. Excellent communication from the shop from the time when my car was dropped off to being ready for pick up in less than 3 hours. They did a fantastic job with the repair and even cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommendable business.

56 Chevy Bel Air was brought to them needing complete interior lighting, center console design with new radio with touch screen design, ac vents to be added, numerous mechanical corrections for wiring and connectivity! An amazing design and assistance by both Matthew and Travis! They are true mechanics and can solve the problem. They do not rest until it is solved! Tommy is the owner and wants to make sure his customers are satisfied! I would certainly highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional finish on their interior or a new way of presenting your current setup.Please ignore the prior rating as i was trying to get to a post option! A firm 5 STARS!

From initial contact until completion of the job, the staff at Auto Interiors were accessible, extremely knowledgeable, and up front. I was looking for expertise in interior repair and I certainly found the place. WE took a look at everything needed, selected materials, and had a great experience. A person puts a lot into his/her car and Auto Interiors matches that care, concern, and expertise. The completed job looked factory new!

This place does great work. I took my wifes car in to replace the driver and passenger door leather and it looks better now than when we bought it. Helen and Tim were fantastic to work with. Job was done at the price quoted and Helen called when it was ready (early). Highly recommended.

Travis and company were wonderful to work with, even though we had a special situation. After placing an order to replace a convertible top, my wife was in a bad accident and the car was totaled. The staff were understanding and made it very easy to get our deposit back. Strongly recommend doing business with these decent folks.

I had a motorcycle seat done by them years ago and was very happy so I returned. Unfortunately now, terrible customer service, communication skills and basics are severely lacking at this shop. Local businesses are the best to support, just not this one.

I hear they do good work, but may have gotten a little too comfortable with their tenure in town. Unwilling to accept the insurance reimbursement provided through my company as substantial enough and invoices the customer for the difference. They also told me there was a chance once they started, the issue could be compounded and double or triple in cost, and again, even after my deductible, I would have to pay about 50% of any extra costs after they started. NO THANKS.Went elsewhere, they accept the insurance deductible, guaranteed the work would not be compounded after starting, and also sent a tech out to my home at no extra charge. Was done in 30 minutes flawlessly.Like I said, I think Auto Tops is used to their consistent business and just does not take care of the customer like their competition is willing to. The entire convo I had with them was about how much money they needed to make on the job.

My 1970 corvette had a massive leak from the T tops. Auto Interiors suggested new weatherstripping be installed. We made an appointment, they did the job and the leaks have stopped. I thought the price was a little high, but the value of having it done right makes up for that. There is nothing worse then having to bring a car back because you are not satisfied with the craftsmanship of the work performed. High praise to Auto Interiors n Tops for getting it done right with high quality workmanship.

Had a moon roof fly off my older model Toyota. Two Toyota dealers told me there was no open recall on the vehicle and didnt want to help. Auto Interiors and Tops not got my roof sealed that day, they ordered the parts, fixed it quickly and efficiently, and they got Toyota to pay for the parts under a recall. I paid only labor. Fast, efficient and great service.

Customer service excellence! I had my trucks left front side bolster replaced and also a power seat switch that had gone bad. They kept me in the loop and did a perfect repair and were very customer service oriented. I will be coming back here again for any needs for my seats in the future!

Dealer quoted me over $1300 for repairing my sunroof. For an $87 diagnostic fee auto interiors and tops was able to get the sunroof back on its track and functioning normally. Very pleased !!!!!

My Mercedes is 17 but the headliner looks brand new. I had this work done over 2 years ago and everything still looks great. I thought the price was reasonable and the job was completed when they said it would be.

The best service and communication. I went with this place based on a referral and am extremely happy with the result. Turnaround was fast: they said they may need two days with the vehicle to replace the ragtop, as they do a very large volume of work, but they finished in less than one day. Picked the vehicle up same day, they even cleaned and vacuumed the interior. Highly recommended.

After having my BMW M6 broken into (convertible top slashed) I took my car to Auto Interiors and Tops. I wanted to order a cheaper top online but Travis explained the differences to me and we ended up ordering the factory parts. Travis called and said my car was ready but there was a flaw in the top and he would not accept it and he did not expect me to. He ordered another top and even had it overnighted. The final result was a better than new top with a warranty. Thank you so much Travis for your help I will be back to have some work done on my seats.

The only place Id use for convertible tops etc. They do great jobs on sunroof also.

Theyre not open on the weekends. So I took time off work to go there and get a quote for interior on a new classic car I bought. The kid at the door said he was too busy to give me a quote.

I am from Burlington and own a BMW E46, had an issue with my sunroof not closing.. I checked all the local shops here and sadly everyone here seemed to be scared of working on a BMW.. I called Auto Interiors after being told about them from the Shade Tree Garage a BMW specific shop in Raleigh . Checked the reviews and I saw that all the low reviews were very petty.. Called and set a diagnostic appointment and sadly it was 2 weeks out but I found out quick, that was because if you want the best then you have to wait your turn.My visit went as, Showed up around 8:30am and told them the issue was, it would not close..Came out about 15 to 20 mins told me the issue and price . The glass had closed to far and the drain trim was above the glass and the motor was running backwards. I wanted it closed not working just closed and no leaks.. Left at around Noon that day on point for a lil over $200 ..Thanks So Much Guys!! The best stay busy. Ok, I have Rambled on enough.. Here is the point.. These Guys Were Awesome they took very good care of me from the first call to them giving my keys back..

I spoke with Tommy Gardner about recovering furniture in a RV. He seemed interested in the job and asked for photos so he could work up an estimate. I emailed the photos and never heard from him again. Apparently there are some jobs they dont want to get involved in. This guy should have stated that in the beginning. Can not recommend this type of business.

Were two weeks late completing boat upholstery and boat carpet, but the work done was excellent.

Diagnosed our problem in minutes. Special ordered new and upgraded parts. Repaired convertible top hydraulics and replaced a torn seatbelt in under 6hr. Bit pricey, but good work is worth it!

Went in to get a quote and contacted several times about getting it back, but they never returned a quote to me for boat cushions. Am I too small for you guys? At first contact they said it would take 15-20 minutes, but now it has been two weeks.
