We called Trevor before Christmas and he scheduled an apt and came to the house. He was on time. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He has a terrific personality. He knows this business very well and has been doing this for a long time. We had awnings installed on the back of our house 14 years ago and were in desperate need of being replaced. Trevor looked at what we needed done. He listened and asked questions. He did some measurements and showed us the book of patterns and also made great suggestions as what would enhance the look to our house. He kept in contact by email or phone or txt. He worked up our estimate and then went to work making our awnings. The awnings are awesome! They really enhance the back of our house and the color we picked out is really pretty Its hard to know exactly how it will all come together when you are picking out your pattern. We made a great choice and We couldnt be happier!!!! We definitely made the right decision hiring Trevor.!!!! The entire experience with Trevor and his company was outstanding. Many different design and color options were provided, a quote was sent to us via email very shortly thereafter, and after 4-6 weeks the awning was constructed and put up on our house. Trevor was so pleasant to work with and the experience could not have been better. He was the one who I talked to on the phone, who did the measuring and who did the installation-- that continuity of service helps prevent mistakes etc, in my opinion . He delivered a well-made, beautiful product weeks ahead of time and also kept me in the loop, which is rare these days.We had a family room that always had the curtains drawn to keep out intense afternoon sun/heat. Now we can see directly out to the garden. Truly one of the best purchases Ive ever made and very affordable too. I agree with earlier review that Trevor does the thinking for you. He is honest and easy to get along with and I hope to work with him again in the future.
