Before calling, I had done my research online, but there is really no substitute to talking to someone who knows these machines inside and out. Had I not spoken with John, I would have purchased a subpar option online, paid more, waited longer, and had to drag a treadmill in from the curb. Instead, I have the right machine being delivered and set up for me in my home, along with the satisfaction that I’m supporting a local business.

Dealing with Averette from US Fitness Products was professional right from the start. I only dealt with him through call, email and text, but he mine as well have been right there with me. Spent $30k on 3 pieces of fitness equipment that have full suite of internet connectivity and media entertainment for guests at hotel.Improper expectations and misled by Averette, owner, and lied to by Curtis, VP/Director of Technlogy and Service, at US Fitness, about specs of installation of equipment. Withheld 6% of payment until install completed as promised. They refused to keep their word regarding install and then cancelled warranty on equipment.Months after install was still not completed as promised I asked for owner and was told he was not interested in hearing my concerns.

John was great and knowledgeable about the equipment. He didn’t try to up sell us. We ended up purchasing a treadmill, elliptical, and a home gym. Highly recommend

I know 5 star customer service when I see it. In this case, however, wish I could give them 6 stars. John helped me with my Precor 833 elliptical. Even before I was a paying customer, they treated me like I was important and delivered service to me in a fast, efficient way. I ordered a set of weights in mid-April 2020. I am still waiting 6 months later, with no product. They were quick to take my money (almost $500) 6 months ago, but cannot even tell me when to expect shipping 6 months later. Beware of their incompetence. I dont know if I will EVER see my product?

I felt safe in light of the COVID-19 pandemic in that everyone was masked, I was the only customer in the store (by appointment only), and they specified sanitizing procedures that enhanced my comfort with the process. Im writing this review in the midst of the global pandemic that has critically impacted supply chains around the world. It would appear that the home gym equipment industry is no exception as nearly every dealer is out of stock in most every major piece of equipment. That said, I contacted US Fitness Products after striking out with a number of other dealers who were either out of stock, or refused to deliver to my location (suburb of Raleigh NC... not exactly the north pole, here). Spoke with Clint who explained the situation and recommended a great piece that id previously not been aware of, and was available for delivery (*plus or minus a couple weeks*). The customer service was very poor. They only allow one customer in the store at a time, so you have to call a few days ahead to make an appointment. I called Wednesday and made an appointment for Saturday. I had a 1:30 appointment, but when I showed up they said I had a 1 o’clock. Okay. I wrote down 1:30 when I called to make it and when I showed up at 1:25, you already had another customer in there, so it seems like you just gave my slot away, but whatever. The guy on the phone said they only do hour long appointments, and the guy in the store said they only do 30 minutes. Seems likely that they just miscommunicated and double booked the slot. The guy who works the store, John, gave me a hard time and didn’t want to let me in.Regardless, when I finally got into the store, they tell me they don’t actually have anything in stock. Not only were they out of the rowers I came to see, when I asked them what they do have in stock, they said they don’t have anything! It’s a total waste of time to go to this store right now. Just buy it online.They care so little about their customers that they will unapologetically waste over an hour of your time. The guy at the store said they’ve done a years worth of sales in a few months, so maybe they think customer satisfaction is irrelevant now.
