This is our favorite place. The team that works here is what separates Inland from any other boat shop. The sales team, shop sales, service department, and financing team members are all exceptional. Jeremy, Andy, Jimmy, and the entire team are all A+. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and understand the how to look out for customers. We will continue to drive 2 hours and gladly pass many other boat shops to work with a company that is honest and trustworthy.

Had not made it here given incorrect hours. Just stopped in to buy wakeboard here over Amazon for son. Saved money over Amazon for size of board and the young lady Courtney along with rest of staff were great to work with. I shared i wanted entry level board and knew nothing of wake boarding. They helped me graciously and never gave me a hard time about wanting to spend as little as possible. Some pro shops would treat you like you are wasting their time. I am so happy our family decided on Malibu it truly is an awesome boat with many different ways to adjust wake size and ramp for that perfect wake that far exceeds what ive experienced with Mastercraft and Nautique boats of same size. Our family does everything Wakeboard, Kneeboard, Surf and Ski so the VTX was the perfect boat for us and allows us to do everything with the push of a button. #thetruthisonthewater

We purchased our boat a few months ago. I can’t say enough nice things about the professionalism that we have experienced from EVERY single employee in this establishment. They truly make you feel comfortable and like you are part of a family. Andy and Jimmy took excellent care of us. I am incredibly impressed with Inland Boat Company - so much so that I dont plan to purchase a boat anywhere else in the future. Weve bought a boat here as well as used their service department. Buying a boat was a great experience. Jimmy is extremely knowledgable and did a great job learning what we were looking for and finding options that fit with our wants and needs. He then spent time to explain the different boats and options. Once we decided on a boat, Inland did a great job helping us with the financing - nice and easy. Then - to top it off, once we purchased a boat, they had their rep, Andy, go with us to put the boat into the lake, show us all sorts of tips and tricks and ride around with us to make sure everything worked beautifully and we thoroughly understood how everything worked. I bought an 80,000$ nautique sight unseen. Wired a 10% deposit and financed the rest with them. I went a week later and picked the boat up. Jeremy & Jimmy got me a great rate @ the bank and the deal went very smooth. I got the boat home and noticed a few issues so I emailed the issues to Jeremy and he got with Jimmy right away and they went overboard to make sure I was happy. It even cost them over 1,000$ and they paid the bill. They communicate VERY well and handle business the right way. Just for that I will be buying my next boat from them and send customers their way. Their prices are very fair. Clean and great looking shop/lot. You can tell they work hard to be a successful business so if you are in the market I’d definitely give them a shot and feel confident doing business long distance or in person. We did something I thought we would never ever do, buy a Malibu!! We chose to go to Inland and what a fabulous experience we had, from sales with Jeremy to learning the ins and outs of our new boat with Andy! I purchased an older boat that they had on consignment but I was treated as if I had custom ordered a new boat. I really enjoyed spending the majority of the day with Jimmy. Really great guy! We have passed by Inland Boat Company every time we went to Falls Lake, but never stopped in. This year we finally did, and ended up with a new boat which the family is enjoying. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly and very pleasant to work with. They were very accommodating to some odd requests we had which really made the experience wonderful. My suggestion, drop in look around. Take advantage of some of the outreach things like the Ride Tour and the Wednesday surfing days. One warning, they do have some really nice boats :)

Great boat dealership. We bought an Axis from them. The boat has served us very well. The service techs at the dealership have been more than accommodating with us. We had our boat fail 2 days before a planned lake house vacation and the service department got us fixed in time to still take the boat. So I have to give a small shoutout Inland Boat Company. I had to take my boat in for some warranty work and warranty gelcoat repair. I decided to get GatorStep LLC ordered and installed while I was there too.I was very impressed with the showroom and shop. It was very clean and they had a ton of sick boats (flake for days). Everyone at the shop was very courteous and the entire process of checking my boat in went very smooth. I was quoted 1/2 hour to instal my gator step and it took 1.5 hours. I was only charged for 1/2 hour. I chose the $199 detail package, my boat was spotless, and my trailer was detailed as well! The detail shop was able to fix a few factory blemishes at no charge and buff/ polish out a scratch at minimal cost. I had an air void pop on my swim platform that was sent off for gelcoat repair under warranty. The repair facility they use is incredible. The repair is 100% perfect with no hint of repair.I remember when I was boat shopping I looked at a few boats here, but none of them had the power wedge. They said they didnt order anything less than 23 feet with them. Otherwise I would have purchased from them. If I decide to get another Bu/ Axis boat in the future I will definitely choose Inland to purchase from.

I really want to recommend everyone to go see Jake at Inland Boat Company. My wife and I bought a brand new Axis Wake boat and from the beginng the boat had a couple warranty issues. The owner and the service manager went to bat for my wife and I to get the boat fixed after our boat came back from the manufacturer with sub par work in our opinion. The boat had scratches and swirls in the paint after the hull had just been refinished from AXIS/Malibu. Thanks to inland Boat Company they spent there own money to make my boat right before giving It back to my wife and I. I will use Inland Boat Company for all of my boating needs. Thanks again to all of the staff who helped get our boat fixed!

Nightmare purchase of a 2017 A20 with trailer I was promised a show Room quality boat With full warranty no exceptions Ready to roll when I arrive. When I went to pick it up We found air voids and other blemishes. And the trailer had 4 low tires and missing the safety pin. At this point I was ready to back out. But after talking with the sales manager Jimmy He promised he would get it all taking care of All I had to do was send him the repair shops estimates. So the next day when I got home with the boat I took it too a boat repair shop. They found Where the boat had been Poorly repaired Before and was Estimated over $30000 to repair. I sent The sales manager Jimmy the estimates And tried to resolve this with him numerous times but ultimately he left me hanging and left it to figure it out myself. And with my own research Ive discovered the boat does not have warranty to cover all of the repairs. And I need to mention I have discovered the stereo is non functional And no telling what else I may find since Ive been on able to put the boat on the water To try out all the functions..

These guys are pros and know their boats! Inland always my first call for anything about my malibu and they do all my service. Andy and Dale really went above and beyond today when I showed up without an appt with service question. Dale stopped what he was doing and performed inspection and then summerization on the spot for me and then tested to make sure all in good working order so I could drop in today with my son. They could have made me schedule a new appt and come back but they didn’t. They were very accommodating, friendly, and informative. Highly recommend Inland. Thank you Andy and Dale!

Make sure the trailer is registered with the government. My parents are trying to sell out boat (just because we dont want it any more, it works fine) and come to find out the trailer was registered and they never gave us the title.

Great customer service, they had attention to detail as they serviced our new boat. Additionally they had excellent communication with me while the boat was in the shop.
