Excellent service. Noticeably better tasting water. Could not say more positive things about them.

LOVE this water and the customer service! I picked up the bottles on my own for a while and decided on using a delivery service after 5 or so years of getting it myself. The other company was HORRIBLE - I was going to go back to my tried and true pick ups but decided to give Le Bleu a try after my neighbor referred me. I am so glad I did!

The service from Le Bleu is stellar! Our Le Bleu delivery person always checks in with us when we forget to put the empty containers out for exchange. Rather than drive through the driveway and keep going when he sees nothing outside, he stops and gets out of the truck and knocks on the door to double check with us. Hes even a good sport about two German Shepherds checking to see if hes brought them a cookie. Thank you Le Bleu for your customer service. Our delivery person delivers to us off Penny Road in Raleigh.

Le Bleu has the worst customer service. They are prejudice by all means and are about to lose several accounts. The owner call back several weeks later for complaints and could care less to please his customers. Training and customer service is a must for this company. The driver never, ever knock on the door and leave the wrong amount of water specifically requested. Uggggghhhh...the worst EVER!!!!!!
