We had a minor issue with our system and Joey the technician arrived on time, was happy, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He got us secure again quickly and tested the entire system to ensure all worked. Very efficient and a pleasure. Nice to be around people who love their jobs!

As we had a few issues with scheduling due to me not being able to be home, David the technician finally came to install my new doorbell. He was very smart & was fast & answered any questions I had. The new door bell works get and thank you to Sue for advocating for me to help me get David out sooner to replace my doorbell!

My Vestor experience is very positive. AJ called to indicate that he was on this way and provide the time for his arrival. He discussed what he was task to do and started immediately. He was friendly and very polite. All windows and doors were tested for working the new conditions. A lessopn was provided to show how to use the new panel and show the new angles of the property. Instructions for my phone app was also given to show the varying angles and how adjustments can be made. AJ adjusted the sound on the panel to make sure that I would be able to hear the system from the back of the house.

I received excellent, prompt service, great advice, and detailed instructions on how to operate my new equipment.

Installer was extremely professional and respectful of my family. Super courteous and always asked to before moving furniture or other neccessary items when he had and put everything back the way he found it. Performed all function checks then showed us how to utilize the entire system to include the app. Would recommend him to anyone and additionally recommend him as professional of the week...if theres such a thing in the company.

I joined Vector security last year when moved into my new in October. Heard about them through Carolina Hurricanes STM. Not had any major issues the doorbell and sensors work easily and the Vector app keeps me up to date. Today quick installation of some more sensors went smoothly. Joseph was the tech guy and it was good to have a talk about sports. While things were getting installed and checked. Felt more like a friend coming over to help.
