We purchased our REVOTEC flooring for a kitchen remodeling project. I absolutely love these floors! I’m a serious cook and I sometimes cook three or four hours for events. Every time I walk into the room it feels like I’m walking on velvet! Such a change from cooking on tile or wood floors and other laminates. It’s beautiful and easy to care for. Our ProSource salesman spent a lot of time with me showing floor samples next to counter and wall tile samples that I brought with me to match. He was most helpful, and I highly recommend the company and its flooring.

Simple dry bar/cabinets with counter top project that had too many administrative problems. The cabinets themselves beautiful, but the customer service was subpar. My initial project information was “lost” during staff transition/turnover, at delivery pieces necessary for assembly were missing and outsourced granite company did not measure correctly, damaging the surrounding wall; with no concern from either company regarding the damage.I would not recommend using this company

Flooring already paid for was sold to another customer causing an unscheduled cancelation of my floor installation. Lack of communication compounded the problem. Still have not heard from my saleswoman. I rate them no stars

We had a great initial experience picking out our floors from Pro Source. However, once we ordered and paid for the materials the interaction and communication was horrendous. We decided to save some money by picking up our own materials and were told to come by at anytime during business hours once alerted they came in. We drove 40 mins to arrive over an hour before close of business to be told that even though our materials where there, the warehouse manager was gone and we couldn’t pick up. We tried to contact our sales person to express our frustration and trouble and after two voicemails left on separate business days, we received no return call to address our concerns. The lack of communication and disregard for customer care once the bill is paid left a pretty bad taste in our mouth. We’d hesitate before recommending this place to anyone.

I was looking for a specific product/manufacturer that according to the ProSource website is one ProSource carries. After driving 30 minutes to the Raleigh store, I was informed once I got inside that ProSource does not carry this product/manufacturer & hasnt in some time. Thus, I completely wasted my time/gas driving here all b/c ProSource has decided not to keep its website & the products it carries up to date; Not to mention the man whom I spoke with was not very helpful or apologetic that I had just wasted my time driving to their store based on their inaccurate information. Bottom line...if you need something from this place, do not rely on their website; make sure you call & ask if they in fact carry that product/manufacturer.

I just had an excellent experience at service warehouse, interacting with both their warehouse, office staff and Tom Bennett. They are concerned to take care of customers, they have a good selection of the basics, and their prices are terrific. If you are in need of furnishings or flooring for a remodel in Raleigh, this is a great place to go.

I went to ProSource for a backsplash, and I had a great experience. Their selection was incredible, not only for backsplash tiles, but also for countertops, cabinets, carpets- almost anything you could need for updating your home. My designer helped me put together my countertop and cabinet look to coordinate with the backsplash. I was quickly given a quote for all my needs. ProSource was helpful, nice to work with, and had a wide selection of high quality products. I would highly recommend making them your first stop if youre considering a remodel or refresh in your home.
