Mauricio and his crew are top notch. I needed a custom stereo install and under carriage lighting in our new golf cart. I actually went to his shop to ask questions and go over everything I wanted prior to hiring them.Even though he was super busy he did come out and speak to my wife and I regarding what we wanted and how the install would go.They went above and beyond and helped us out by not only getting the golf cart to them by offering to pick it up but also made arrangements to deliver it back to us when all the work was done.Highly recommend him and his crew for anything you can imagine. He can get it done.My biggest concern was no wires showing and he pulled that off 110%. This was a custom install in a very unique roof system called a Monsoon roof. It’s hollow and the cuts needed to be spot on or it would have ruined a $1000.00 top.Their work was amazing. No gaps / No wires showing and it looks like it came from the factory. Same goes with the undercarriage lightning. I’ve seen several installed lights where you see the actual fixture and I didn’t want that. I only wanted to see the glow effects and not be able to tell where the lights were installed. Again a master install. They do great work and actually listen to what you want and need. I met with the owner Mauricio Jaimes at lunch today for an audio consultation for my recently purchased BMW428i convertible. Through email I arranged for a consultation. My experience talking with Jaimes was great. He took time to ask great questions about what I wanted and my goals and took time to explain its important to identify your music source.In my case I had been plugging in by AUX which sounded bad instead f USB my preferred. We figured out how to do that and the sound quality was better. I need to find out from BMW how to upgrade the software to recognize a 2020 iPhone. We then talked some what if and the plan is to get the USB working and listen to the current sound quality. Once I get an idea of whats lacking, Ill go back and see him again to discuss the right equipment based on my goals.I highly recommend going to see him. Class act guy, not pushy, takes time to explain things.

Excellent service and quick installation done on my tires. I walked in to buy 4 new tires and they were able to have them delivered, mounted and balanced on the same day! The price was very fair and the staff (Maranda and Alex) were very professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend their services.

I was Quoted $500 for a Front Dash Cam Install and was told it would take all day. One YouTube Video later and the job was completed in 15 Minutes. They over charge on simple jobs.

So I met with Mauricio, told him I wanted everything to stay original which sort of tied his hands, but he came out Shining. Donovan is the man! I have been dealing with audio and visual equipment for around 18yrs and almost made the mistake of going to Best Buy. Very thankful that I did not stick with Best Buy as they performed a great install of a bangin stereo at a reasonable price the next day after I called! I had a tweeter install done here for a much better price than one offered by a competing Raleigh-area car audio shop. Mauricio took the time to ask me exactly how I wanted to install done and gave me very good advice on the proper way to do the install which was to put screws in rather than double-sided tape because tape does not hold up to heat very well. The installer did a great job, and I now have a better sounding system with tweeters surface-mounted in the sail panels. This is a great shop.

Where to start?.. These guys are awesome. Had personally installed a system in my car and was fairly satisfied and decided to get something professionally done to upgrade my system. I am fairly new to NC so i was just doing some research and checking a few local spots. Everywhere i went was just dull and boring and could do nothing for me. I found High Output on Google and it was kind of far but decided to give it a try. I called and went down to get an estimate on getting a custom box built for my car. When i arrived and talked to the guy about what i want they were super helpful. I explained my goals and my price range and they gave suggestions on what would be best to get that bang for your buck. I dropped my car off and not only did they get the job done fast and within the time frame they gave me (which never happens!!!) but they do AMAZING work. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the box and it was exactly what i wanted within the price i could afford. After seeing/hearing the box work i decided to go back and upgrade my actual sub and amp. I didnt call beforehand or anything i just showed up for an estimate and after only one visit they recognized me and treated me as if we were lifetime friends. Not only do these guys provide great customer service but their work is above and beyond expectations for a very reasonable price and can literally do anything. I will continue doing business and have been back there several times after getting my box built. If you are even thinking about a place to get any car audio, video, or anything done just stop thinking and give these guys a call i can promise you that you wont be mad you did.

I googled car audio in Garner not knowing where to start with some projects on my truck. I am pleased to say that after the owner spending much time on the phone clarifying different options to me that I decided to head to this shop. Not only did they get my truck in quickly, but they also gave me a lift back to my house so that I could get back to my day while my truck was there. They installed a double din deck and (2) new door speakers in my 2002 Silverado. The install looks factory on my dash and everything sounds great. Went there for a quote to install a satellite radio tuner in my wifes new car. They took the time to discuss many different options and all of them were less expensive than other shops in the area, both local and big box. When I set the appointment a couple of weeks later, the price didnt change, and Mauricio came out and took his time on a busy Saturday to discuss placement, fit & finish, and all of the options with my wife and me, putting to bed any concerns my wife had about someone doing work on her new car. I do not write many positive reviews but felt the need to write one about High Output Audio in Garner. I had a fairly basic install of products that I purchased online and all went well. About 4 months after install I started to have trouble with one of the door speakers. I took it back and HOA honored their warranty and fixed the issue even though it was not part of the install free of charge. Basically the Best Buy speaker connection was not working properly.I have dealt with a lot of car audio shops in the past and very few have had the customer service that was shown at HOA. Hats off to a small business owner who values his customers and understands how far that goes for repeat business.

I just had a remote start installed on my camry from High OutPut Audio. These guys do great work! There not like the other high dollar shops, there prices are good. They look after you and treat you like family!I started out with a simple system from a local shop and wanted more sound and at the time I was going through a different shop. I realized that this shop was not taking care of like the shop owner said he would. The one thing that made me leave that shop was Pricing. They were more concered with charging high prices and not giving discounts when they tell you they are.So then I started doing business with High Output Audio. This was the best moved I made!! These guys at High Output Audio know what they are doing and do it right. If you want something simple or a mind blowing hair trick kinda sound then this is the place for you. The 1st shop that I mentioned cant handle the kind of box building and turning your vehicle into a SPL ground pounder. But High Output can.But, building SPL cars is not the only thing they can do for you. I trust them to do what ever to my truck. This shop looks after the everyday customer. They listen to what you want and they give advice and you leave a satisfied customer. They treat you like family and will do what it takes to earn your buisness.They will beat any shop around Clayton, Garner, Raleigh, ect on Pricing!!
