I contacted this tile store about ordering tile. I spoke with the owner who gave me a price on the tile and assured me that it would be no problem getting it. He indicated he was moving locations so for me to text him the tile # again and he would get it on order. After no responses to several text, I called again and he said he would take care if it that night. He never responded to any other text, nor did he order tile after several weeks of me making an attempt to process the order. Very poor customer service.
