The clerk was very nice but seemed confused about mailing a gift box to a family member. That was November 13th and the gift box a $50 item, hasnt been received yet by my family member. Now it gets good. I filed a complaint form, Ive tried calling the Crabtree kiosk several times and customer service main line said they can only track online orders. The one time I got in touch with the kiosk, they said there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service without a doubt. Im hoping I can contest the card charges and get them reversed.
