Absolutely terrible customer service. After trying for almost a week to get someone to communicate with me about my wedding registry . . I decided to take my my business to an establishment that actually values their customers. These people are allergic to e-mail, and communication in general.

I just read one of your reviews and had to tell you that every time my husband and I come to Raleigh you are one of our destinations. Last year he bought me a beautiful globe necklace from one of your vendors. You were all so nice to him, and he hates to shop and you made his trip successful and me a very happy wife. We were there yesterday and your girls were great. Ill be back soon. Keep up the good work.
