I WILL NOT be spending any more money with this shop or any of the other locations they own (New Bern Ave, 5th Ave & Rock Quarry Rd). BE AWARE THEY DONT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ! after buying a vape by smok, (one of the best brands their is) within a day, the tank in my brand new device started giving off a burning taste and smell and leaked down into the battery. mind you, the rep set the device up prior to me leaving. i go back to the store to get the issue resolved and explained how the device was leaking since I got it. im reassured its the tank and just needs to be replaced. so yup, Im talked into buying yet another tank only to find out the the device is indeed defective and does not hold a charge after four hours of charging bc its been leaking from day one . ONCE AGAIN i go back to the same location just to be told that i will not be given a refund nor exchange for none of the 80 dollars Ive spent and this is because i left the store 🙃 #ChooseWisely youve been warned

I think it’s really inconvenient that this shop does not accept any returns. I asked for a refund of a product that was still sealed and unopened and they do not accept refunds or exchanges. Never coming here again. I hate how stores like these are so greedy.

This store is awesome!! The employees are extremely knowledgeable! If they don’t know they will tell you for sure and can direct you on how to find the information. They have great prices and great deals as well. The best part is they look out for you and your best interest. They’re not going to promote or sell anything they don’t think is good and they will give you honest opinions on items if you’re unsure. Give them a shot! You won’t regret it!!

This has become my go to smoke shop. Selection and prices are the best in Raleigh. Worth the trip. Check it out. The owner knows about what he sells and who his best customers are.

My man Omar always hook me. He fixed my phone 3 or 4 times for me at a reasonable price. He’s a good guy he have good customer service. Sometimes i come in just to chat with him every now and then

Fabulous location . Very convenient and the customer service cant be beat. They stock an excellent collection of kratom. I have tried several brands, but this is the only place I have come across a certain brand I had never tried before . The quantity is outstanding. The store is very clean and inviting. Will definitely frequent this location .

Omar fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes. At a rate that I couldn’t believe for an I phone 8 plus. I’m so estatic. His location is on 3200 s Wilmington st Raleigh best service ever for cracked phones. Best thing is I didn’t have to leave my phone. Lol we know how we can’t be without our phones. I’m bringing my son phone next.
