Hot shoes, brand outfits, and helpful staff... Whats not to love about this store. If you are in the mall you cant help but to look inside just to see what the latest shoes are that they have in stock. I love the hip yet clean layout of the store and its a great place to know what new shoes are in style. #RenegadeReviews

Went to champs to purchase a $170.00 pair of nike air max and was told by sales agent that i could not without providing email address which I declined. Difficult to believe that I cannot buy a $170.00 pair of shoes without providing email address but fortunately there are other shoe stores in the mall.

I am 16 years old and and a man with of Chris started flirting with me, I felt very uncomfortable and even felt like crying, I asked him if I could touch a certain shoe because I know theirs certain restrictions due to covid an he made a nasty remark like you know what else you can touch? sirr????

I shopped here the Saturday before school started. The place was packed with customers. I had two kids with me and had been to several other shoe stores, here, and at other malls. I must say their service was above and beyond what was called for. There was nowhere for my daughter to sit because it was so packed, but the associate helping us made a place for us to sit. He came straight to us, we didnt have to hunt him down like other shoe stores. Not only that, other associates came to check on us to make sure we had what we needed. One even asked, if he could help her untie her own shoes, when she had issues getting the knot out. Again, this all took place on one of the busiest shopping days of the year. I didnt see any angry customers here, everyone was being assisted. This was shocking to me after visiting 10 other stores, where the associates would see you and run the other way! I will definitely be bringing my business back to this store! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a wide selection of shoes, with excellent customer service!!!

Super cool when they released the lady bugs! I didnt realize there would be so many but it was definitely an experience. My boyfriend on the other hand was more taken aback than I was and had to take a seat to calm down. We never spoke again because of thisAll in all - 10/10 would go again

I loved the fact that we were afforded the ability to reserve our products in advance. I wasnt impressed by the manager (Marcus W) however. The store was closed until after 10:00 AM because he had not yet arrived. He literally had associates standing outside with the customers in waiting for the store to open. He offered no apologies for the delays in opening nor did he greet any of the customers upon entering. He disappeared to the back not too long after opening thereby leaving his two staff members to totally fend for themselves in a busy store. Whats more, he did not thank us for our business nor extend common courtesies after we purchased over $400 in merchandise. Im not certain if hes the Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead but people like him should not be in positions of leadership because it puts a bad mark on your bottomline and reputation in the community. With all of that being said its highly unlikely that I will return to this particular location again.

2 Birthday parties and each was a blast! If u order food may take a while to get it, but you know it was just cooked. All said and done I will go for my b-day!

It was great but I hate the fact that they emailed us a 25% off coupon for my sons birthday but they never could get it to scan properly. So we had to pay full price.
