Today started out a bit rough but I’m happy to share that after visiting earthbound, I felt refreshed and faith in customer service was restored! The staff was incredibly helpful and super nice to my kids. I witnessed one of the employees deal with a tough situation involving someone who entered the store without a mask in a graceful and helpful manner instead of letting the frustration get the best of her. Will definitely return for the good vibes alone.

I absolutely love shopping at earthbound! All of the employees are extremely friendly and welcoming and always available to help if I ever have questions. They always make sure to let me know of any special deals going on so that I get the best out of my experience. 100% recommend!!

This is a great place for those who are spiritual. They have excellent customer service and beautiful spiritual products.

This store was a really cool place to check out. My girlfriend is into these stores and the sales people, Rachel and Lauren, helped me find some birthday presents for her. They took their time and was willing to show me every product in the store if I wanted them to. Definitely coming back!

I would not recomend shopping here if your a person of color, unless you wanna be followed around the whole time and have security called on you for absolutely no reason. For a shop that sells spiritual items I would expect way more. I would suggest that the staff be a little bit more diverse.

Ill be honest, its not my thing. My wife, however, loves it there. To their credit the store staff is very friendly and engaging while the store is kept very clean and orderly. So while I would not go in strictly for my own benefit, there are some very interesting things to look at and the staff is very polite. As a result, the experience was very good and I felt very positive.

Interesting place, lots of neat things you dont see other places. Staff is very friendly and helpful, makes you feel welcome. My wife loves going here and I enjoy going with her and shopping here.

Went to this mall for the sole purpose of going to Earthbound because I loved their store in Charlotte so much. As soon as I walked into this store the atmosphere was completely different. The employees were rude and followed me around the entire time. They called mall security to escort me out even after I’d payed an excessive amount of money for low quality and fake items. The employees also refused to give me back my change in dollar bills and instead gave me rolls of nickels. Employees then insisted to security that we’d stolen items with no proof, when we were completely open to being searched. Interesting to see so many other people on here have had the same treatment. Would not recommend unless you want to feel targeted and your privacy violated.

I love this store so much that I travelled from out of town just to shop here. The store is Awesome but the employees are extremely rude we ended up leaving without buying anything. We were being yelled out from across the store for us to pull our mask up and we were the only ones in the store...something needs to be done with this group of employees at this location. Desiree Parker doesnt represent anything that this store is about. Peace and love.

Great looking and authentic merchandise! A great place to buy a gift or decorate your home.

Definitely don’t recommend going into this store if you are a person of color. Me and my friends were followed the whole time we were shopping and we kept seeing the employees eye our bags from stores that we have previously shopped at ( I’m assuming to see if we were putting merchandise from their store into those bags.) We were followed aggressively around the store the whole time by multiple employees. Also any skilled energy worker will be able to recognize that this is not the place to find your tools, a majority of their merchandise is mass produced and low quality.

Came in this store last Sunday and immediately kicked out because my son wasn’t wearing a mask and he’s a small toddler knowing the guidelines are different for toddler and children the associate(mask under nose) didn’t offer me one so I just left, I will not be coming back to this store ever, I waited for a year for it to open because I like the eccentric things in the store but you have totally lost a customer, I’d rather make the 1.5 hour drive to Hanes or Concord Mills mall. Totally rude all around I figured the associate didn’t want me in the store anyways and it may be racial I don’t know but anyways not going back ever!!!! Would give this store no stars if I had a choice

Youre buying crud purchased at a tenth of the price online, managers scatter the sales so you can never collect a bonus and use your sales to meet their quota. not to mention the unprofessional behavior when they arent shoving sales down peoples throats.

Very rude employees, they seem to think everyone is going to steal their low quality products. Will continue to follow you around for no reason.

Lauren and Rachel were absolutely fabulous along with another young lady at the register that rang me up on this night 12/28/2020.I’ve been trying to adopt a more boho aesthetic and this store definitely has (well, after the holidays what’s left lol) the looks I’m going for.Lauren even put me down in their guest loyalty log to notify me when certain products become available in store which, working retail myself, is super helpful.First time shopping here and I’ll definitely be back!

The store is very overpriced for everything and the staff is not properly trained. It took almost 10 minutes to process a simple return of a single item. Theres far better places to spend your time and money

Obsessed with this store. My only wish is that they carried more clothing! The staff is full of such sweet and bubbly people. It’s rare to find customer service like that in today’s time but the employees here really blew me away in the best way! Can’t wait to come back in

Rachel was such an incredible help! She went through the salt lamps with us to help us find one we were happy with. Our roommate just opened the gift and loves his salt lamp!

The earthbound staff at crabtree was EXCEPTIONAL. they helped my friend find an even number of headbands, so the buy one get one half off deal applied! i also left my bag full of other items i bought at the mall there. they kept it safe until i came to pick it from them. thank you so much!!!!

I went into the store to look at a few thing for decorating and there were two associates standing in the middle of the store having personal conversations, neither one of them acknowledged my presence. I looked at a few more things, even made my way to the back of the store before I decided to leave.

My wife and I have been loyal customers for years down in Panama City before Hurricane Michael. She was thrilled to know they had one, but shes not thrilled about the drive, she would go to the one in Fl sometimes twice a week and to have to drive all the way from Fayetteville is the reason we are giving it only 4 stars. Staff was great but PlEASE set up one in Fayetteville this town is begging for it. People see her jewelry and clothing, items in our home want their own.

Love this company. Unfortunately in the Crab Tree Valley Mall. The blonde hair with glasses cashier was not friendly. I asked if she had anymore of a certain item. Her response to me was I feel like a broken record... I have been telling people this all day. Whats out is what we have. I said Oh okay thanks. And she sarcastically carried on Unless you want a drum or salt rock cause thats all thats in the back. Left the store after her horrible customer service.
