The staff was great and friendly. Michael, John and lady technician were very warm and engaging. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Fox was great as well. He was pleasant, thorough, and explained everything that he was seeing during my exam. He made sure I was satisfied with my vision and contact lenses. 👓🤓

This is the second eye exam that I have encountered at Fox and it was wonderful at the both of them. Even though I arrived late to my scheduled appointment I was informed of the walk-in opportunity for later on the same day. That in itself is what made it an outstanding experience, because I was not certain if I would have to reschedule my appointment. Thank you, again.

My visit last year was very pleasant so I was initially concerned when I realized that the doctors had switched shifts for the weekend, which meant I was not to be examined by the doctor I saw last year. My doctor this time was also fantastic and caring! The Fox Eye Care Group has been an excellent experience two years in a row.

My optometrist was great. Very friendly, making jokes, explained everything very well. My only complaint about the visit is that I went in expecting no copay, because I just wanted an updated prescription. Instead, it was $50 because of all this imaging that was done. I could’ve gone without paying $50 for that, but no one ever explained to me that this was going to happen. I can’t say that they’re very transparent in their practice.

The doctor was excellent. He was very nice and easy to talk to and he answered any question I had.I did not like the man at the front desk . He was not pleasant when I first walked in and I didn’t appreciate it. He do not need to handle the public. I would not have stayed for my appointment if I didn’t really need this eye exam and if I didn’t want to take off of work another day.

After going to Dr Fox since my childhood, I will be finding a new eye doctorDr Fox is charging extra for a “mandatory” screening. I would be forced to-pay extra and you cannot opt out of. Insurance doesn’t even cover it.Doesn’t help i was given notice a day before my appointment. Everyone is broke. This is very selfish. We should not pay extra if it’s mandatory. We should be given the option to do the regular scan vs the new one.Dr Fox should be ashamed of his selfishness.

The staff were extremely rude and not empathetic to my emergency at all. I had an appointment and because I showed up 5 min late they said I was past my grace period and they had to close. I begged with them to let me see the doctor because I have to drive 30 hours the next day since I’m moving to Arizona but she wouldn’t even talk to the doctor or let me in.Then laughed at me while she locked the door. At the very least the new desk staff could have been more understanding about emergency’s.

Attention at front desk can be better. The optometrist and the Doctor was fabulous. I would go back just for the doctor. He made me feel well attended.

I had some irritation in my eye from a bug and Dr. Broza was able to work me into the schedule. He was very thorough in his evaluation making sure he checked everything over. I know I will always get the best evaluation when I go to Fox Eye Care.

They tell you about the copay and the fee but dont tell you until after the exam that there is another contact sitting fee of $129! Told me I can pay it or take the contacts out my eyes!

Had an appointment at 10:40 on 6/22/20. Mall doesnt even open until 11:00. When I arrived at 11:00 Fox Eye Care tells me my appointment is 7/1/20. I show them my email with my appointment number and they say they are not going to honor the appointment. I made a fuss and they said, Okay, I can wait but the patients with appointments will come first. WHAT? I have an appointment made by Fox Eye Care. Very rude. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Bunch of amateurs. Wont be trusting Fox Eye Care with my precious vision again.

Got there on time before our appointments, I asked about wait time because the waiting area was packed. Were told that we wouldnt have to wait because we had appointments and would be taken care if before the walk-ins. To make a long story short, after a 3-minute prescreening we had to wait another hour to see the doctor. It is insulting to claim we were seen on time!!! And to then see that all the walk-ins without appointments were done and gone still makes it a one-hour wait.If we had been told its an hour I could have done other things and come back.The doctor was nice and competent enough but she is not usually at this location. She apologized profusely, but the whole experience with the receptionist was quite frustrating.We wont be back.Obviously they believe that they have plenty of walk-in business that they dont need to care about scheduled appointments but I can take my money somewhere else where I am at least appreciated.And maybe enough people read my review to be warned.

The girl who did all the initial test did not seem to know what she was doing. Took her 10 minutes to get the eye pictures done. ex: She asked if I could see the dot and I said no your on my forehead. Didnt get the pressure test on one eye correct and I had to have drops put in by the doctor to get a correct reading. The doctor I had hadnt seen me in 12 years and didnt seem to know what was going on. Very disappointed in this visit.

Dr. Fox is knowledgeable. He patiently listens to what you have to say and explains in plain language, in case you have any questions. The staff was also pleasant and I recommend this group for your primary eye care.

Visit overall was good. Doctor was very thorough! However much different than my experience with The Eye doc’s connected to Lens Crafters in Charlotte where I’m from.The price was more expensive (which I wasn’t informed of until it was time to pay. The receptionist said that I was misinformed by someone else who worked there. An $89 Difference)And I am used to getting a free kit of contact lens cleanser and a case as well. I guess they don’t do that at this office. 😕Overall a decent visit. Just used to something else.

Made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. Waited 20 minutes to have prescreening done. Sat for another 45 minutes before actual exam. During exam there were computer problems. When done the girl at the desk explained there were a lot of walk ins. When asked about my hour wait she said we prescreened you right away. If the practice cant handle the amount of people coming in and take care of people who actually have appointments, then they should turn away the walk ins. If you upgrade software you should make sure it works properly before it is fully implemented or fully train the operator. Totally dissatisfied with my experience. Will be finding a new eye doctor for next years exam and will not recommend this practice to anyone.

While the doctors are always great the administrative staff at this practice are rude, incompetent and unable to answer simple question with out making a mess out of things. I have been trying to resolve billing issue for the longest time and after calling three times they still have not been able to resolve it. Today I spoke to Cameron she was just as unhelpful as she was able to help me. Will not be going back to this practice.

The doctor was so nice and took the time to explain my options. He was very pleasant to talk to. The staff that help me pick out my glasses were also very nice and patient. It was like talking to a friend. Also, because my glasses broke my new ones were ready that day! Ive tried other places and were ordinary in their service. Overall, they have my business in future check ups and eye ware.

I waited 55 minutes past my appointment time and buying glasses was almost as difficult. You had plenty of help but they had lots of problems. Not a place I would recommend.

Their websites states eye care for the family, it even talks about the specialized eye exam for pediatric patients. States nothing about minimum age. I set an appointment for my daughter, age 4, online. Spoke to an actual person the day before to confirm the appointment. Got there, dragging my 4 year old through the crowded mall ( didn’t realize it was inside the mall), began filling out paperwork and THEN was told they only see patients 5 and up!! Like most working parents, my weekend time is precious and this was definitely a major waste of ours.

I could not be more pleased with Dr. Broza and the competence and care he demonstrates in my eye health and vision. I see him every year and he monitors my vision and my eye health with exceptional skill. Since I have had melanoma, he also watches that as well. I could not ask for a better optometrist.

Dr Gordon was very pleasant and thorough. She answered all my questions and wrote me a prescription that gave me different options to meet my needs. Would not, however, recommend Lenscrafters as the place to get the prescription filled.

My eye exam covered all areas of concern, inc. cataracts, pressure, diabetic damage, etc...I have full confidence in my results. If your vision has stayed the same, you are not pressured to purchase new eye glasses.

Dr. Michael Broza does an excellent job of measuring my vision and checking my eyes thoroughly for any health concerns. He takes his time and is very patient.

The front desk staff person Amanda was by far the rudest person Ive encountered in a professional setting in a long time. She was very rude on the phone to me and to every call she recieved while I was waiting to be seen. This was my second visit in a week and she maintained her level of unprofessionalism to the best of her ability. The doctors are pleasant and knowledgeable but having to deal with her prior to being seen makes me not want to ever come to this location again. Which would be unfortunate because Ive been coming here for over 8 years. I hope they provide this individual with additional training.

Service at this place is the worst everyone at the front desk has a attitude and the white girl thats does front desk and brings you back to patient room is the worst no one is on the same page and white female older doctor is very stuck up towards certain races and wasnt very helpful. Save your time and money and go to official eye doctor one that isnt in the corner of a mall no professionalism

My appt was at 3:20 and I showed up at 3pm to do the appropriate paperwork. I was not seen by the doctor until ten to four. Then she put the drops in my eyes and asked me to wait 20 min for them to dilate. She told me to go look at glasses, which I find a little impossible when your eyes are dilating, your vision is blurry. Then at 10 to 5 I still was not seen by the doctor. A walk in, came up to the desk and said she needed to leave can the doctor see her. So they took her chart and walked her into the room. I was furious. I got up paid my co pay and left. They asked me where I was going. I stated that I had been waiting here for the doctor and I have been here for over an hour and half. The worst place ever... WILL NOT GO BACK

I am new to the area, and decided to select an eye doctor on the basis of proximity. I found a terrific Doctor, Dr. Michael Broza who was totally professional, kind, and helpful. A good experience from start to finish.

Dr. Broza was extremely rude. Every time I answered a question he would cut me off. I even asked if they sold lense cleaner and he said that he uses soap and water but I probably wouldn’t care. I was perplexed at his demeanor the whole time. Usually when I go they usually spend 15 minutes testing my vision, he spent 5.

Needed to see someone on a sunday, they were the only ones open until 5 says their google information. Called them and they are actually closed at 4. Nice.
