This place is terrible! Absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere and behind counter is filthy!!

This Sheetz parking lot, outside, trash cans are a mess. Trash everywhere and overflowing out the bins. Dirty masks/gloves all over the pavement. Disgusting.

I believe this gas station is convenient and I love that about this gas station. However, when I was just there I paid $15 the pump broke on me. They credit my Bank account but didnt transfer the amount to another pump. If this was my last $15 I would be stuck at the gas station. Because they said there was nothing they could do I would have to take it up with my bank because they already credited it back. Or I could just wait around For The $15 to return to my card which it did not.This is very inconsiderate of peoples time and money. As a formal single parent that has struggled before what happened if this was my last $15, I wouldnt have had any way to leave the gas station or to get to work. If your machine breaks why do I take the pointy. There needs to be a policy in place to transfer it 1st to another pompor have a card that will credit that personWhich you still get your money and I still get my gas which doesnt inconvenience anyone. This is just a suggestion. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Cashier is very kind and professional. I went through the drive through because I was in a hurry, never ordered anything from there before so we just got two fountain drinks they were cheaper than McDonalds and Burgers king 🤴

Im officially done with this Sheetz. I ordered my food on the app and still hadnt sent in the Drive-Thru line for 30 minutes. Not because somebody was in front of me, but because no one just came up to the window. Then after I order my food they tell me what they have left is out of stock. Okay fine I will replace it with something else, but guess what that means another 15 minutes away waiting. This place is a joke. This isnt the first it happened here to me. Just done with it

Astonishingly incompetent. How the hell do you make a chicken sandwich and forget the chicken? Get a coffee? The employee will acknowledge the order, then clock out and leave. 18 minutes for coffee. Ask thy person behind the counter and the say someone is coming. Clearly not. Legit worst sheetz Ive ever seen. I miss Wawa

Most disgusting place in a while. Never get food here

Currently my favorite area Sheetz. Definitely the cleanest within ten miles. Pretty component staff as well. Both at the front desk and making food. Recently they put in self checkouts and they are fantastic. Quick to scan your items, they actually scan everything the first time and even scan your food tickets. This location also has unleaded 88 discounted which is a great thing. You will also find a drive thru and car wash.

I place my order on the kiosks and waited for my order but they are SO SLOW and they were taking FOREVER to call the my number for my meal and I had to wait for a VERY LONG TIME, but I finally got my Fryz. But yeah, I’m never coming back to this Sheetz place again because they’re just SLOW and taking FOREVER!!!!

I was about to turn around and walk out because of how sticky the floor was...all over the place. It needs some straightening up. However, the strawberry pina colada smoothie w/ whipped cream on top was bomb. Thank you for being great, whoever made it! It made it worth the trip I had to take to pick my son up at 2 something a.m. lol

Always the go to for a quick meal thats better than McDonalds and customizable menu options. Also offer wex which is nice for small businesses to have driver cards that employees can use to get gas.

Rudest people I have ever met. Jasmine is obviously the one in charge but her staff and her are not consistent. Im 40 and never ID for cigarettes at this location and she refused to sale them to me when everyone around her has in the past. She must have a boss complex. Go to a different shetz !

My wife and I came through the drive thru and all she ordered was a regular fry. It took 15 minutes for someone to approach the drive thru window and once they finally did her fry still wasn’t ready. So we sat and waited it took another 15 minutes for someone to approach the window again. Once someone finally came back they had the wrong fries. My wife just told them they could keep the fries and we left. Complete waist of time everyone was so nonchalant except the new employee upfront he showed good customer service skills.

THERE DRIVE THRU IS TRAGICALLY SLOW! I’ve been the second person in line for over 20 minutes! If y’all are going to have people waiting on their food I suggest y’all create a pull up lane! Because this is ridiculous!

I come to this store often. I am tired of having to pay $10 fir a Cobb salad that is never the full amount, never including the hot mustard sauce that I request even if it’s extra and NEVER a fork included! I am so disgusted. Cashier was wearing a mask pulled down past his chin. Many customers in the store without one. Sign on the door saying its required. Statewide mandate to wear one in public. I am not a medical professional and will not speculate as to the effectiveness of a mask. This is simply bad form. I do not feel safe going there.

The store is okay, the coffee not bad, and the employees are very sweet. However the food is only tolerable when nothing else is open, or if youve been drinking 😂

The gas pumps were slow and 1/2 my milkshake consisted of ice cubes!?! lol???

Tonight at this store i sat in the drive thru for 30 m8ns to get 2 packs of cigs i finally got tired of waiting anref went inside where i stood there another 10 m8ns until i finally got them the only one in the store by the way one of my favorite stores but its been going down UK the last 2 months might not be going back anymore theres way too many gas stations around here

This location is ok. Everytime I come here its very busy and dirty. The parking lot has trash scattered and the inside feels dirty. Always a puddle by the fountain drinks.

Stopping here for gas is good but if youre trying to order something to eat, youre better off just going to Food Lion across the way honestly. Service is too slow

First, I come to this Sheetz quite often since it’s right by the college and I’ve always been met with friendly staff. I rarely order food here because I’m usually just in and out to buy cigarettes, but today I decided I’d grab a quick bite. Despite my order being wrong the first time and part of my order being missing, the employees working were very apologetic and were quick to fix everything in a timely manner. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I value those who are kind and willing to fix a mistake without fuss or annoyance. Thank you for providing me with great customer service. You’ll definitely keep seeing me for a while!

Great little convenience store. One thing you no longer see is Free air for your tires. With everyone trying to make a buck, Sheets provides a self service air compressor with psi setting for free.Now for the store... clean, has nice restrooms, plenty of products to eat and drink, such as hot dogs and iced. They have about 9 different icee selections. Try the cotton candy!Fuel prices arent bad but you may have to wait briefly during peak times, everyone loves Sheets!

The gas is cheap which is wonderful! I did a made to order and items were left and they were out of dressings/sauces but didnt tell me until I went to pick up my order. The people working were friendly but they need to be trained better. My sandwich was messy but tasted decent. I think Ill wait a few months to go back so the staff will be more experienced.

Normally good, but if its raining, forget the card readers at the pump. Just seeing by for just gas and had to hit a second pump for the card reader to work. When I went in to let them know the first pump was not reading cards the cashier have what I would consider a blue of answer. That was yeah we know most are not working.. I walked away with a comment of some tape and a note saying card readers not working would have been nice.

If you like waiting 10 minutes for 2 chicken snack wraps, this is your place.

This Sheetz has the best gas prices of the area. Its clean, friendly staff and serves food at a good price. There is also a decent beer and soft drink selection plus it has a seating area if you want to eat your food in the store.

The inside of sheetz is clean but how about keeping the outside appearance clean. Trash is all over the sidewalk drinks are spilt on the walk way trash can is spilling over. The entryway could use a good vacuum and the door windows could use a good washing.but other than that sheetz is great.

Brand new location, also first time Ive ever been to any Sheetz, but it was very nice. Only got gas this time, but looking forward to trying some food next time, as I have heard it is very good.

Come here at least once a day since it is nearby. Always clean and workers are always friendly.Can be a little slow at times but mostly because of costumers with irrational Sheetz needs.

New to area but fits in well with all the other locations near it! Cheap gas and cigarettes! The food is cheap and very good a great place to feed your family

It was great when I moved to this area of Raleigh, but recently its been disappointing as far as time on service. Ive waited at most 30 minutes in the drive thru for anyone to even show up at the window. I dont know if it is managment or what, but somebody needs to get it together and stop ignoring the time of service.

The pumps can be a little slow when the place is busy (which is often), but so far this Sheetz has the best gas prices in the area, and the car wash is fine for a touchless one. Ive only been in the store a couple times, but the employees seem friendly and competent.

I try as much as I can to get my gasoline from them because they have a lot of pumps, clean and spacious.

Always are nice place to get gas, food for get a little work done.

Food was burned, took a long time and expensive. Day time ordering- the food is great. But late night option- the staff is tired and do not care about quality.

Every time I stop at this particular sheetz you cant get anything fast. Go in to get coffee, nooo, they are cleaning every pot at the same time and taking their sweet time. This one needs to be torn down and replaced.

The pumps are CRAZY slow. They were pumping about a gallon per minute! I asked the manager and she said its just because they have the cheapest gas in Raleigh and the pumps cant keep up. I went across the street to Speedway and their gas was $1.95 as well! I was done pumping before I could type the first two sentences of this review. Im sure it will get better over time, but you should avoid getting gas here for now.

There is always an issue with pumps not taking credit cards or issue with the locking mechanism on the hand lever.

I get the exact same food from any sheetz. Exactly the same every time. Ive repeatedly been to this one since it is the closest for me. Every time Ive been shortchanged with the extras Ive added to my food. Every time at this one. The capital Blvd sheetz is awesome. Nothing bad to say about it other than they are really busy. This one I could tell that had a slight attitude about me bringing my food back. If I order extras and a simple thing as lettuce isnt on my food then they most likely didnt add the extras I pay for.

Convenient, fully staffed, clean and new. Pumps are quite busy though so might have to wait during rush hours
