We took our 7 year old to get her ears pierced for the first time. Sarah did the piercing and she was amazing. She explained everything to my daughter, made her feel at ease, and was very careful from start to finish. It was an awesome experience. The quality and price was superior to the other two chain stores in the same mall that did piercings, so go here instead!

My first two ear piercings were great, but recently I went for my 3rd piercing and the lady pierced the string of my mask in between my earring. She checked the earring after she pierced it so I assume she knew what happened but failed to tell me. She also forgot our ear cleaning solution, and instead told us to use rubbing alcohol, which is damaging and no professional piercer recommends this. Disappointed.

I love Merle Norman. I worked at one years ago and their makeup is fabulous. The studio atmosphere is nice since its easy to get overwhelmed in other makeup places. I like the individual samples as I feel they are much more sanitary than ones anyone can stick their fingers in.

I came in for a express makeover yesterday to try out some new products that I have never used before. The girl who did my makeover was Olivia, and she was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about the products and how they can be used, she showed me step by step how to do exactly what she did on my face, she was very personable and did NOT rush through the makeover, and I absolutely LOVED the way she did my makeup! She also wasnt afraid to experiment with my makeup, because I told her to do whatever she thought would look good. She is awesome and yall better not lose her because she is an asset to Merle Norman!!!
