These casinos in Raleigh are running a scam. They are not federally regulated and they can manipulate the algorithm on the machine to make them not pay. These sweepstakes are destroying the community. It is NOT a fair game. People are usually tense, agitated, and untrustworthy in these places. At least in real casinos theres a real chance of winning. These machines highly addictive and these gambling places are only semi legal. They are doing their customers, including me, DIRTY. These places need to either increase the odds, or be shut down. Im honestly not playing fish tables ANYMORE and Im banned from almost every casino in Raleigh. These people are so dishonest that they would rather ban me, than admit to their fraud. My best advice is save your MONEY!!!!

I purchased a brand new GE washer and dryer from Abraham. When I got them home the washer worked fine but the dryer did not come on. So I called to advise, I was advised that he would check other store to make sure he had another matching dryer and he would call me back. After about 2 1/2 hours no call.. So I called him back and was told that he had a replacement dryer and they would bring it out same day and pick up the non working one. He advised that it would be after 7pm after normal scheduled deliveries. I stated that was ok as long as it was same day. Well they never came!!!! So I took his non working dryer back to him the next morning when he opened. The store was 40 miles away from my home in Stem. I asked for my money back since I had given him a chance to make it right. He came up with ever excuse in the book and the biggest reason was because he couldn’t remember my name, phone number or address, but he had no problems taking my money. He did replace with another new dryer and it did have more features on it. But it wasn’t like I didn’t pay for it and to have to put up with him arguing with me about why I couldn’t get my hard earned money back!!!! #terrible customer service, #never again, #live and learn!!!!! Don’t do it!!!! Oh and no free delivery and setup as advertised...

I dont know where the photos were taken that were posted for this store, but the actual store looks nothing like the photos. There was only one man sitting in the front as you walk in and he could barely muster up the energy to say hello when I walked in. The store looked sketchy from the outside, too. There were very few products in store. I didnt see the variety of items that were shown in the photos. The store was very dark. It actually looked more like a sweepstakes parlor from the types of machines that were located in the back of the store. So what gives? I actually thought I walked into the wrong store. These photos in no way represent the store. This is definitely false advertising and the photos should be taken down. It was a wasted trip for me to check out this place. What a huge disappointment!

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I will definitely do buiness again.
